Deion Sanders is a household name in America. His NFL exploits, paired with his coaching achievements, rank him in a select list of American football legends. But do you know, apart from his on-field achievements, he also has a flourishing family? Ever since “Prime Time” got active in the world of social media, we saw his relationship with children, especially his daughter Shelomi Sanders and his sons Shedeur Sanders and Shilo Sanders. The three children with his second wife, Pilar Sanders, have all followed their father into sports. Shedeur and Shilo are looking to climb up to the NFL, while Shelomi currently plays basketball for Alabama A&M Bulldogs. They all constantly share moments with their parents. A recent message shared by Shelomi will melt your heart.
It seems Shelomi and her mother, Pilar, are enjoying warm Valentine’s moments together and are basking in the hue of love. Her mother actually shared an Instagram story dedicated to her. She had uploaded a video of a beautiful flower bouquet and a pink box containing donuts and cookies that also has an adorable message written on top.

‘Good things come in a pink box.’. Read the message on the box. She wrote on the story, tagging her daughter Shelomi in a three-word message. “Happy Valentine’s Day” and an adorable “love you” written on the bottom with a big heart emoji. It shows how much she loves her daughter and wants to spend every single important moment with her. Shelomi also reposted her story on Instagram and wrote, “My Forever Valentine.” That’s a mother-daughter duo goal right there. But Shelomi is also quite good on the court.
She joined Alabama Bulldogs starting in the 2024 season after spending the whole season on the bench with Colorado. She made her debut for the Bulldogs against Oakwood, in which she racked up almost 14 points, giving 1 assist and two steals. Overall, she played 23 games in the season and looked top-notch in all of them.
Remember when Shelomi moved from Colorado to Alabama because she wasn’t getting to play? And how upset Deion was with her decision, even saying that it was a stupid decision? Well, Pilar supported Shelomi throughout, and even “Prime Time” came along with time, celebrating her wins on the basketball court.
