Following which Shedeur said, “A lot of stuff we missed on last week—we can’t afford to do that this week. That was our grace period, our learning moment last week. So now, you know, we gotta make sure we understand that and take full advantage of everything they’re giving us.”

Even Jimmy added to it following the same notion, saying, “Just if they’re giving us some short, just take what they give us, and that’s how we’ll be able to beat them.”

Looking back at the UCF Knights’ game against TCU, it’s possible the Buffs might have a shot against them. At one point, it seemed like UCF winning was out of the question, especially with the second half starting rough.

But the Knights made an impressive comeback from a 21-point deficit. Jefferson connected with Kobe Hudson for a 20-yard go-ahead touchdown with just 36 seconds left, sealing a dramatic 35-34 win.
