Will Deion Sanders' coaching genius finally silence the doubters and lead the Buffs to the playoffs?

So here we are. With 6 wins under the belt, Deion Sanders and Co. are officially heading for Bowl-ing (Bowl games), and ain’t nothing stopping them. To think that this team went from 4-8 last year with 30 30-point losses to almost every single opponent to this? The entire defense has barely allowed anyone to go past 30 and is rocking that turf all thanks to Robert Livingstone. But do you know what is the cream of the crop for Deion Sanders and Buffs? Shedeur Sanders is finally in his best form ever. This dude, with Pat Shurmur‘s help, has managed to switch up his presence from the pocket.

But there is still one thing that scares Shedeur Sanders and no, it’s not dealing with the defensive line. Back on the official Instagram account of Well Off Media, we spotted Shedeur getting quite the fright when someone announced that “registrations” are starting. “Registration for what?” Shedeur asked. Well, there’s nothing to worry about; it’s just classes. “Registration for classes? I’m going to the league,” Shedeur said while laughing it off. It is wild that a simple announcement for classes somehow managed to rattle this dude a bit.

However, the best part is that Shedeur is going to the league. See, this guy is either cracking into the Dolphins or the Cowboys. We all know the entire hype that has surrounded him regarding the Cowboys. He-k owner Jerry Jones has himself noted that Shedeur is the “apple of his eye”.

On the other end, Miami fans have said that Shedeur won’t fit into the Dolphins, but nothing is written in stone. Another team that could snag Shedeur could be the Raiders. Mark Davis has already said, “Who knows, you might be home right now,” while talking with Shedeur during the Aces vs Liberty WNBA game. All this league hype is quite understandable.

More so because of what this guy managed to do without Travis Hunter or Jimmy Horn Jr. by his side. Shedeur brought in 3 touchdowns and 388 yards against Kansas State. That game was wild. Coach Prime’s entire WR depth was all over the place because of the multiple injuries, and the offensive was back being “useless”. But hey, Shedeur stayed strong.

That Huskers defeat was truly the turning point for this entire team. When Matt Rhule and Co. managed to easily cross past the so-called “revamped o-line”, the Buffs were left in shambles. It was so bad that Shedeur left the game with around 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter. He even directly called out the offensive line during the post-game conference.

But after that, everything flipped. Then Rocky Mountain Showdown happened, and the Buffs were back in the game. Travis Hunter even managed to break a 26-year-old record with his 13 catches, 100 yards, 1 defensive interception, and 2 touchdowns. Against Baylor, Shedeur shined because of his 45-yard Hail Mary, which got the Buffs into overtime, and they managed to snag the 38-31 win. If they keep up this momentum, we might end up seeing Shedeur playing for a big team in the league. But the question is; can all of this help Coach Prime crack the playoffs?

Deion Sanders’ credibility questioned

6-2 run. Best season start since 2018, and then the AP Week 9 polls ranking. How much more does a man have to do to solidify himself as one of the best coaches out there? Back on ESPN, many hosts pointed out there in terms of the bigger picture, the Buffs being in the playoffs is still a big question.

See, up to a certain extent, it is. These guys have to compete with giants like Dawgs, Bama, Rebels, and LSU, so yeah, it will be hard. But you cannot sit there and say if Coach Prime and Co. manage to go on a 4-win run in their next games, they won’t get a shot at competing in the playoffs.

Their defense has shown massive promise, and they have one of the best rush and run games in the country. Hunter and Jimmy Horn Jr. are solid players for the offense, and they can switch the face of the game real fast. We know that fans definitely want these guys in the big league. More so because of all the work, Deion Sanders has put in. However, the Texas Tech, Utah, Oklahoma St, and Kansas games will become the final deciding factor.
