Nick Saban’s daughter Kristen knows how to make a fashion statement. Whether it is stealing the show at ESPYs back in July or flaunting her chilli-printed dress earlier this month, Kristen knows how to turn heads with her looks. But this time around, she took a moment to remind everyone that it is not only her, but the Saban household has quite the fashion sense.
Nick Saban’s success in college football is unparalleled and his six national titles with the Crimson Tide mean he will forever be tied with their history. Thus it was no surprise that Alabama decided to pay their respects to the former coach, who retired in January this year, in the most iconic way. On September 7, University of Alabama President Dr. Bell and athletic Director Greg Byrne unveiled a sign bearing the new name “Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium,” in his honor.
Known for his prowess as a coach and visionary, his 17-year tenure with Alabama saw the program win 23 bowl game appearances with 16 victories, ten SEC West titles, and nine SEC championships along with success at the national level. However, one thing most people often miss out on while talking about Nick Saban is the style this man and his family oozes anytime they are on camera.

Taking a moment out of her busy day, Kristen Saban took to her Instagram stories to share a new picture where Nick Saban was alongside his wife Terry while Kristen was also in the frame with her two children. The Saban family is dressed in red, black, and white attire, representing the 3 primary colors of the Crimson Tide jersey. In the caption she noted, “Saban Field Dedication Outfit.”
Back on 8 September Kristen took to her Instagram to personally thank Bama nation for making ‘Saban Field’ possible. “Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Thank you, Bama Nation,” Kristen wrote in the caption of her post as we saw the entire family in the same red, black, and white attire.
While we got to see the Saban family in its fashionable glory, it is usually Kristen who grabs the attention due to her style and appearance. On July 12, when her father was bestowed with the ICON award at the ESPYs, Kristen stunned with an all-black, off-shoulder gown on the red carpet. Afterward, she posted a message for her father on her Instagram stories writing, “An ICONIC evening. Congratulations to my dad for receiving the Icon Award at last nights ESPYS,” while showing off more of her dress. She is also seen in catchy outfits and high-end accessories when she is supporting her dad’s former team.
Kristen along with her mother Terry Saban attended the Alabama vs Kentucky game on September 1. Kristen was wearing a white dress printed with red chilies. She paired it with red heels and a red Gucci bag.

Nick Saban’s legacy continues off the field in Alabama

Nick and his organization often hold massive luncheons for families, kids, and teachers to provide them with financial backing and other help. Back on August 17th, Kristen took us on a tour of one such luncheon held at the Bryant-Denny stadium. The family handed over a massive check of $100k to Freedom Farm during the event.
Not only that, but the total amount that Nick donated to multiple other people and organizations during the luncheon totaled $625,000. With over $1.2 million donated to over 20 different families, Kids Foundation is bringing in quite the change in this rough world.

Talking about the foundation during the Saban Field dedication, Terry Saban mentioned, “I just hope we can continue supporting Alabama, supporting children, students, teachers and education through the football platform as well as our Nick’s Kids Foundation. Thank you again, and Roll Tide.”
Nick’s organization has also partnered up with the University of Alabama to start a new project called Saban Center. This would become a learning hub that will combine STEM and Arts and provide a whole new experience for every child that joins in. Let’s hope Nick Saban and his family continue to make a difference in the world.
