Deion Sanders made Colorado into something magical. The club, which had almost nothing, had turned into this mammoth camp that always puts on a show for its fans. Coach Prime took the team to a rough 1-11 year to 4-8 and now, in the 2024 season, he and the boys are locked in to make things even more fun. The NDSU opener was just the beginning. Shedeur Sanders, Travis Hunter, and Jimmy Horn Jr. are ready to make the game against the Cornhuskers feel like something else. However, keeping everything aside, one thing that Coach Prime has managed to achieve in making CU games something the entire family can enjoy.
So, it is natural that Deion Sanders Jr. aka Bucky, was feeling quite sad when he spotted a Buffs fan on Instagram missing her father. Deion Jr. wasted no time in sharing the fan’s story. “Man, I miss my dad. I don’t have no one to watch the game with tonight. I’ll be thinking of him while I watch the game alone. RIP Dad,” the fan had written on her story while sharing an old chat she had with her father before he passed away. From the chat screenshot, we could spot the fan having a conversation about when she and her dad would catch the Buffs game. This breaks our hearts. To be able to sit back, grab some coffee or something, and enjoy the Buffs game is something every CU fan dreams of. This year, the feeling grows even stronger because Deion Sanders and his team are redeeming themselves from all the mishaps they had last season. We’ve seen how crazy Buffs fans can get. Heck, back in July, we spotted Laura Levy buying a whole $298K TV just to watch Shedeur and the boys hit the turf this year.

This small nod that Deion Jr. gave to the fan also highlights how caring the Sanders family is towards their entire fanbase. We saw how back on August 20th, Deion and Blender founder Chase Fisher teamed up to surprise one of their oldest fan, Peggy Coppom. This was a historic day because this was the first time a fan was handed out an NIL deal. Deion has always been and always will be there for his fans. Now, as we switch gears and get locked in for the Nebraska game, can Coach Prime win this over as well?
What awaits Deion Sanders and the Buffs?

Cornhuskers HC Matt Rhule will make sure that he and his team exploit the average O-line of the Buffs this time. Nebraska is still waiting to take revenge for the 2023 loss against the Buffs. We saw how good QB Dylan Raiola managed to perform against the Miners. However, will the same skill translate well when he goes up against the likes of Shedeur Sanders?

Have an interesting take?
The main concern right now is that although Raiola is a solid quarterback, he is not on the same level as Shedeur. Shedeur locked in 4 TDs against NDSU and managed to cross 400 yards. That is a big feat. Not only that, we saw how improved he is while playing from the pocket and how his accuracy has leveled up. Just a few minutes more and we will see the rivalry unfold once again.
