Quinn Ewers is seriously cashing in on NIL deals! The Texas Longhorns quarterback has been busy filling up his social media with partnership posts lately. So, what’s the big deal?
Well, his NIL evaluation has shot up by $256k. That might not sound huge to some, but it’s sure making a lot of visible changes in the NIL rankings.
Quinn was previously valued at $1.7 million and was ranked 6th, but now he’s climbed to 5th place. His valuation has also jumped a whopping 2.3 million, which explains the move up in ranks better. Well, it has also pushed him ahead of his SEC rivals quarterbacks. Alabama’s QB Jalen Milroe is now in 6th place, and Georgia’s QB Carson Beck is in 7th now. Both of them saw increases in their NIL evaluations around the season opener, and we even saw them all in a ‘Beats by Dre’ ad campaign together before the games kicked off. But none of their gains come close to Ewers’ massive jump.

Milroe’s evaluation went up by $127k, and Beck’s only rose by $40k over the past month. It looks like the Longhorns quarterback has the knack and a smart mind to turn fame into cash.

Quinn Ewers has fully embraced NIL as a key part of his college football career. “It [NIL] kind of gives people that time to develop since they’re not so worried about having to pay for things,” he says with a mature perspective. He also has a big-time agent, Ron Slavin, helping him get those sweet deals. Well, here’s a big list coming up for you!

The new NIL era of Quinn Ewers
Quinn Ewers’ NIL value has skyrocketed, especially after his recent deal with Athletic Brewing Co. this September. But his rise didn’t start there though. The entire August was quite big for him. He kicked off the month with a new Hulu ad that quickly became a hit on TV. Then, a few weeks later, he starred in a playful Dr. Pepper commercial, saying, “Look we don’t need any backup even if he has great hair and famous relatives.” Well, let’s just say the Dr. Pepper ‘Fansville’ ad has its own fan following.

You might wonder how he landed deals with two beverage companies back to back. Well, it’s all due to new NIL rules, athletes like Ewers can profit from multiple endorsements without any restrictions. So now, in addition to his new drink deals, he’s still with last year’s C4 Energy, too. And one standout addition to Ewers’ roster is a partnership with Nicholas Air, a private jet company. It’s sure a big deal for a college athlete, but it’s becoming more common. Rebels’ QB Jaxson Dart started the trend, and other CFB stars soon followed. Ewers even hinted at this with his “The weekend’s aerial attack takes off” ad last week.
Looking ahead, Quinn Ewers might land even more lucrative deals if he enters the NFL as an early draft pick and Heisman contender. For now, he’s made impressive gains, but he’s still about $800k behind his backup QB, Arch Manning. Well, just a small bummer though!
