Dress for your desired job, not your current one, is the rule. If Dylan Raiola, the Nebraska QB, believes that, he obviously intends to be the next NFL QB star. The 19 YO freshman, looks so much like Patrick Mahomes that it’s easy to glance at Raiola’s games and believe it’s old footage of Mahomes. They both wear a No. 15 jersey and mirrored-blade sunglasses. Plus, they’ve got curly hair peeking out from under their helmet and they can throw the ball from different arm positions. And now, as the Chiefs begin their playoff run with a unique hype video, Mahomes’ twin sends a two-word message.
Before the Chiefs’ playoff run, Mahomes posted video footage highlighting his team’s pivotal moments on December 8 with the comment, “(Alarm Clock emoji).” In a two-word statement expressing delight for Pat, Mahomes’ twin Dylan Raiola shared the video on Instagram Story. The writing said, “Go time 15.” Given that the Chiefs, who are vying for their 3rd consecutive Super Bowl championship and 4th in six years, will host the Houston Texans in the AFC on Saturday, it makes sense.
The Chiefs recently had their finest regular season in team history, going 15-2 and securing the top seed in the AFC. Despite having a notable 15-1 record this season, the squad rested its starters for the game against the Denver Broncos. Other than that, it only lost to the Buffalo Bills.

Kansas City prevailed in 11 one-score games, the majority of which were decided by the game’s last play or minute. But the Chiefs held the top spot in the AFC the whole season. And now they are in pursuit of another Super Bowl. With a 67.5% completion rate, Mahomes concluded the season with 3,928 yards and 26 TDs. In addition, he ran for two touchdowns and 307 yards. Given Nebraska’s dismal 7-6 overall record this season, the Raiola-Mahomes resemblance will either cease or continue.

Do Dylan Raiola’s numbers match Patrick Mahomes?
Although Nebraska cannot reach the playoffs this season, Dylan Raiola is making the most of his time there. Raiola finished the season with a completion percentage of 67.1% after completing 275 of 410 passes for 2,819 yards. With 13 touchdowns and 11 interceptions, he had a mix of successful plays and some expensive errors.
Raiola is therefore not a perfect replica of Mahomes, but we could say that he is Patrick’s college football version. However, the parallels don’t stop there. Both Mahomes and Raiola’s fathers are professional athletes. In addition to being a standout at Nebraska, Raiola’s father, Dominic, played center for the Detroit Lions for 14 years. In contrast, Pat Mahomes Sr., a journeyman middle reliever who pitched for six different MLB teams.

The Raiola-Mahomes resemblance. It’s quite startling! The way he behaved throughout the scramble, the off-platform toss, and how everything appeared to be both extremely easy and maximally effort-intensive. That’s Patrick Mahomes, by the way! However, the similarity extends beyond the field. Raiola’s neck is encircled with a black diamond chain if you look closely. Mahomes has occasionally been known to wear such. Now, let’s see how the NFL star performs in Saturday’s game.
