While he might have retired from coaching, Nick Saban ain’t going to leave the world of college football. On August 24’s ESPN’s College Gameday, Nick Saban made his debut appearance. The former coach was all set in a blue suit and shocked the fans as he got settled in to start the Week 0 coverage of Georgia Tech vs. Florida State. However, backstage, someone was all smiles, watching Saban take his seat.

And that someone is Nick Saban’s wife, Terry Saban. She was spotted wearing a black-and-white striped outfit, waving at the camera. Alabama__ftbl brought us the snaps on Instagram on August 24th with the caption, “Miss Terry in the house for Coach Saban’s first @collegegameday! 😍”. The entire GameDay scene opens a fresh chapter in the legend’s career. We all know that there is no one better than Nick Saban to get insights from the game. Nick will be joined by Pat McAfee, Rece Davis, Desmond Howard, and Kirk Herbstreit. And by the looks of it, his wife, Terry will be there right beside him to support him throughout this entire journey. Besides, we might get some funny Nick Saban stories out of this as well. Remember that time when Saban held the massive luncheon where they donated over $600K to organizations that are supporting families and teachers?

Well, Terry got us some funny incidents from there. When Nick was about to grab some Mcdonalds’, Terry offered him a credit card for the purchase. Nick was quite surprised at this. “They take credit cards at McDonald’s?” he reportedly had said to Terry. Not only that but back during the ESPY Icon Awards, before Nick was about to give his speech, Terry had a request. “Give me your gum,” Terry had asked nudging Nick. “I already put it under my chair,” was his reply. The couple has always enjoyed a fun time with each other. While we got to see Nick’s strict attitude on the field, who could’ve thought that he was such a sweetheart in real life? Also, don’t think Terry is any less. She also knows how to have fun.

Before GameDay started, Pat McAfee, Nick Saban, and Terry Saban were spotted at a bar having a fun time for the Pat McAfee Show. Nick had quite the revelation for the people watching the show. “She can dance. She can step through it,” he noted. Cut a few seconds in and Terry was spotted having a sweet little dance with Pat McAfee. Pat was quick to point out that Terry was one of the coolest human beings he had ever met.

52 years of marriage. It ain’t no wonder that Nick and Terry know each other so well. “Love of my life,” Nick had noted during the show while looking at Terry.
