Kristen Saban has the word ‘sports’ embedded in her veins. From watching his legendary dad manage his legendary football career to coming close to many high-profile college football players, Kristen found the right motivation to frequently visit the stadium. She barely missed any of the Tide’s matches during the quintessential Saban era in Tuscaloosa. Even after her pop retired, Kristen remained a staunch supporter of the Bama camp. The 27-year-old has always been a head-turner in front of the media. Be it her off-the-chart fashion sense, distinctive walking style, strong opinion on the Alabama business, or simply her last name, Nick Saban’s daughter is a brand. But now, it seems she is more than willing to share the spotlight with her toddler. The baby boy is going after his grandpa, after all.

The lady walked down the aisle with her childhood sweetheart, Adam Seats, back in 2015. Kristen has now been high on her motherhood era with two beautiful children, daughter Amellie and son James. She is living her fairytale ‘happy family’ life while her son James adds the rainbow of a dream!

The latest IG story of Kristen features her 4-year-old in a Baltimore Orioles jersey playing baseball on the school grounds. Not only that, but that kiddo has won the game alongside his team. Proud mama posted a group photo and wrote in the caption, “A win for the Orioles!”

The child is into soccer as well. Yes, you heard it right. A few months back, Kristen reposted a reel from James’ friend’s mom that features a clip of all of the kids running on the field, and the two were busy begging to be out. Ouch! That’s not something Coach Saban would be appreciative of! But come on! That’s a child’s limited body capacity to take the hustle that came in the way.

Kristen has always nurtured a vision of her son carrying the torch of his father’s legacy. Her social media feed is flooded with the sweetest grandfather-grandchild moments, hinting that he is learning the basics from the best at such a tender age. That’s fascinating. To imagine a junior Saban taking the sports world by storm in style triggers goosebumps on the skin. While it’s pretty early to jump on a prediction, little Saban is looking like a miniature of a grown-up man, trying his hand at baseball. This is not the first time he has been spotted trying to tame down a baseball bat.

Baby James learned the Baseball rudiments from his grand old man

Nick Saban moved out of his Alabama head coach chair last year. It brought a sudden disaster to the Tide’s locker room, forcing them to overthink an ideal replacement. On the other hand, it brought a fresh breeze of happiness into the Saban household. The entire family has missed a chunk of the head coach’s company throughout his life due to the overbearing schedule of a highly demanding career.

The retirement allowed him to compensate for the family time he missed during his heyday. Fortunately, it came at such a time when his grandchildren were undergoing their formative years. One lazy afternoon, the elite head coach was coaching James on the baseball nitty-gritty. The video was captured by none other than James’ mother, Kristen Saban, who shared the joy with the world through an IG shout-out.

“What’s so exciting for all of us, especially him, is that he kind of has a blank slate now that he can play around with,” said Kristen Saban right after her father’s retirement news broke on the internet. “He’s in a relaxed state of mind that I haven’t really seen him in, and it kind of puts everybody else at peace too.” We will hook on to her feed for many more grandpa-grandson moments, edging forward. But hold your breath! Baby James’ debut in the sports world is just a few years away.
