Week 11! As the college football season heats up, numerous storylines are unfolding that capture the attention of fans and analysts alike. While teams have their eyes on the national championship, some players are fighting to be their favorite player and win the Heisman race. At the same time, the NFL Draft is making headlines every day. While top athletes are making it to the top football programs, the performances of some players have raised questions about their draft prospects. Alabama’s quarterback Jalen Milroe has been in the spotlight for his poor performance against Vanderbilt and Tennessee.
Many experts and football insiders are on the same page and think that Milroe needs to stick to Alabama and not enter the NFL Draft this year. However, Milroe is not the only one who is facing this challenge. It looks like Penn State’s quarterback Drew Allar and LSU’s QB Garrett Nussmeier’s draft dreams are also beginning to dim. A fan account of college football shared analyst Mike Kiper’s interview, where he firmly mentioned that Allar and Nussmeier are not capable of entering the draft.
“Drew Allar Penn State’s 20 years of age now he has the injury for the Ohio State. We’ll see if he plays. He needs to go back. Jalen Milroe Alabama needs to go back, okay? Garrett Nussmeier, LSU one-year starter, needs to go back. Okay, so some of these guys go back and get as much college football experience.” Alllar has done some impressive work this season with Penn State. They are looking strong with a 7-1 record. But will his injury stop him from playing more games this season?

Mike further appreciated Sheduer and Cam Ward and mentioned, “I think the Vegas Raiders go hard for Sheduer; somebody else is going to take Cam Ward. I think Sheduer and Cam Ward will get forced up into that top five.” Sheduer has been the talk of the town this season. His performance has kept improving week by week. On the other hand, Cam Ward has also delivered some impressive game plays for the Hurricanes. But the big question is, will Jalen Milroe enter the draft?

Is Jalen Milroe's NFL dream slipping away due to inconsistent performances this season?
Have an interesting take?
We cannot forget that Milroe helped Alabaam to win over their strongest opponent, the Georgia Bulldogs. But, if you have forgotten about it, that’s alright! The thing happened a millennium ago. Since then, Milroe has done everything to make us believe that his first half against the Bulldogs was an outlier. Bad passes, an inability to read defenses and a generally disconnected offense have meant that the cream of college football (the Tide) has now dropped out of the top 10 of the AP Top 25.
All that can change for the better if Milroe shows up against this coming Saturday. Jalen has had around two full seasons as Bama’s starting QB. 22 starts, 18 wins- not that bad of a record. However, what does he not have on his CV yet? A quality win away from home. That could have been against their rivals, Tennessee, this season, but it wasn’t meant to be.
Before Bama fans get on to us, the SEC Championship win against the Bulldogs last year was at a neutral venue. In that context, this game against LSU is loaded for both the program and their starting QB. Three losses and Kalen DeBoer will have the stain of not making the playoffs after the GOAT left his throne. You don’t want that.

Another loss and a bad performance- Milroe can forget about the NFL Draft. He’s not getting picked in the early rounds. The regular season is all about momentum, and it may look iffy at the moment for DeBoer’s team, but a good win can do wonders for their season.
