The Miami Hurricanes are blazing. A storybook comeback after a constant dip ever since a dominant 4-0 start of the season is seemingly leading them to a greater display of power and team spirit. The perfect opportunity to capitalize on the potential is closer than you think, as a standout troop is all primed to nail their first ACC test of the year against Virginia Tech on Friday. It will be as much of a worth-testing game for the newly minted coach, Mario Cristobal, as it will be for the men in helmets.

Cristobal has had a lot on his plate as a coach to feed the future GOATs. But honed his craft under one of the best in the industry, Nick Saban, during his 4-year-old tenure at Alabama as an assistant coach before bringing his gift to Oregon and then to Miami. Talking about some priceless qualities picked up from Saban, the veteran noted, ”I think his approach to the battle on a daily basis against human nature is something that really sticks out. I loved the relentless approach and attack on the human nature of people, just relax syndrome. You lose your edge, and he refused to allow that in the building.”

Now, he will certainly be keen to rip the fruits of all the lessons as ACC play is getting underwent.

Mario Cristobal is looking to slay the Hokies with the pre-game praise

Christobal seems to be content with how the team maintained their poise throughout a good season so far but is aware of the fact that the equation can be changed overnight when it comes to the peak of the conference. So, not getting overblown with the success will be a fool’s footstep. While the new coach is optimistic enough that they can open up the conference play with a roster full of seasoned players, he kept the rivals on the pedestal, not letting his team overlook the Hookies by any means.
