The young soul was just 27 and had a heart full of dreams. Even though Tiger’s life has been cut short, someone else will be fulfilling his unfinished dreams.
That’s none other than Tiger’s lil bro Jack Bech. Already, Jack has turned heads playing at the Senior Bowl. However, it’s time for him to take his dreams to another level. Jack has already fallen into the NFL suitors spotlight. The TCU Horned Frogs WR might turn out to be the new favorite of the $7.6 billion NFL giant.

Jack Beck is the NFL star in the making
January 1, 2025, turned out to be the turning point of Jack’s life. He lost his beloved brother Tiger to a speeding truck in New Orleans. Out of the 14 people who lost their lives, the former Princeton WR was one of them. Weeks after the mishap, the college football world chose to pay their tribute to the lost soul. Senior Bowl executive director Jim Nagy noted that Tiger’s brother, TCU wide receiver Jack Bech, will switch from No. 18 to his brother’s No. 7 for the Senior Bowl. And guess what? Jack definitely made his late brother and family proud. Standing over 6’1” and weighing 214 pounds, the WR did show off those sticky mitts at the Senior Bowl. His feat has been enough for Jack to fall under the NFL radar.

On the Todd McShay podcast, the host said, “Jack Bech is quickly becoming one of the bigger stories.” The guest Steve Muench doubled down the statement saying, “We are talking about being a natural pass catcher it is. So it’s like an instinct. It’s not even like some guys fight the ball..for him it’s second nature which puts him in a better position.” The clips from the Senior Bowl showed Jack snaring throws outside his frame. The young chap came off as indomitable in blocking responsibilities heads-up and on toss cracks. This was not expected at all, right?

Is Jack Bech the next big thing in the NFL, fueled by his brother's memory?
Have an interesting take?
That’s when McShay shared his take, “To see a young man who’s able to be this focused and to put the performance out like all right I legitimately think he belongs in day two of the draft I legitimately think in a Rams style of offense with a lot of West Coast principles.” Even though he is not believed to have reached Randy Moss’ level, he is believed to have a high floor. So, he looks like a hot target for the Los Angeles Rams. Looks like Jack shares a lot of similarities with the Rams WR Puka Nacua. As McShay pointed out, “Those similar traits of being strong, physical, unbelievable, competitor, tough guy willing to do anything for the team.” Maybe, that is how trauma shapes you.

How late brother’s memory fuel Jack Bech’s journey?
Jack had to accept his fate and the show must go on. He said, Tiger not only inspired him, but many others and described his older brother as special because he was “loved by so many people.” The TCU WR said, “They said they did everything they possibly could, and he fought so hard. It just was God was calling him home to heaven.” Maybe the last moment Jack spent with his brother at the dinner table, right before Tiger stepped out would continue to stay in his heart forever.
To remind himself how Jack needs to make his late brother proud, he does not let go of his last memories. For instance, he still hoards the watch that Tiger was wearing at the time of the accident. In an interview, Jack said, “There’s scratches on the watch and bl- -d on the watch. And I’m going to keep it exactly the way it is and never going to clean it.”

Meanwhile, the Rams insider Blaine Grisak has been truly impressed by Jack Bech’s feat in Mobile even after fighting a personal loss. He tweeted, “TCU WR Jack Bech blocks like his life depends on it and then follows it up by making a great catch down the sideline, going over the DB.” No doubt, Tiger Bech is smiling from above as his little brother takes his dreams and turns them into triumphs.
