The last thing on our calendar was watching Lane Kiffin drop a massive bomb regarding his marriage. 8 long years after divorce and it looks like Layla Kiffin and Lane Kiffin are kind of back together. “After a lot of thought and consideration, Layla and I have mutually decided to divorce.” This still haunts some Lane fans, but hey, the Gator Bowl win turned into a “2 bird 1 stone” situation. We knew something was up when Layla wished Laundry on her birthday and Lane quickly followed up with, “Glad you’re finally moving here with us!!!”

And well, our hunch was right. 2 days back, Lane finally hard-launched Layla on his IG account with a sweet picture of them hugging. “Happy birthday 🎉” Lane had written in the caption. Thank God someone is having a good kick-start to 2025. However, the best part of it all is that Lane is once again feeling like he is on cloud 9 (Folks, we finally found something to keep this guy away from blasting the committee!!). “What an amazing night… The joy on your face reminded me of our wedding day when you walked down the aisle,” the Ole Miss HC shared on his Instagram story, along with a photo of Layla in the background.

Cannot wait to see how the Lane-Layla story goes because, as co-parents, they have slayed it. See, for them, it is kind of complicated. Laundry is now attending Ole Miss, but Presley has gone off to the Trojans Volleyball team. However, Knox? He could be the next big QB for the Rebels, but gotta clear out Palos Verdes High School first.

The distance between all the schools and colleges makes it quite hectic, but Lane and Layla have never backed down from the challenge. We cannot comment on their “re-marriage” but what we can say is that they will be living together now or at leasing moving closer to each other.

That is basically what Lane’s initial comment about Layla “moving here” alludes to. Either way, we can never say no to another power couple, right? Steve Sarkisian and Loreal Sarkisian are slaying it out here, and Lane-Layla could very well be next. More so because of the masquerade party outfits? They were quite stunning!!

Can’t expect less from 12 years of marriage, to be honest. Regardless, we cannot wait to see more snaps of them together!!
