How important is a partner's support during tough times in sports? Leanna Lenee sets the bar high!

Well, it was a tough game for the Colorado Buffs as they faced a loss of 28-31 against the Kansas State Wildcats on Saturday. The Buffs had to play a majority of the game without their two-way star, Travis Hunter, as he had to go off because of an injury. Just weeks after hitting Heisman pose, this tragedy happened to him. However, even after that, Travis Hunter’s fiancée, Leanna Lenee, stood by him during this tough time. She is one of the loyal supporters of the Buffs, which was quite visible in their last game.

In their Saturday’s faceoff against the Wildcats, Hunter’s fiancee, Leanna Lenee, wore a black statement top with the Colorado Buffs logo and jeans with Hunter’s photos on them. Today, Leanna Lenee took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her bold outfit. Being an obsessed lover and admirer, Travis Hunter commented on her post, saying, “Pretty girl,” with an adorable heart emoji. That’s the kind of support you need when you go through a tough time.

Even Though Kansas State secured a win against the Buffs, it was not a cup of tea for them. With a few minutes left in the game, quarterback Shedeur Sanders’ touchdown pass gave an edge to the team with a lead of 28-24. However, Wildcats quarterback Avery Johnson connected with receiver Jayce Brown for a 50-yard TD. Which ultimately resulted in their win. Even after losing their key players to injury, the Buffs gave a tough game to the Kansas State.

Well, Travis Hunter was not the only one who got injured during the game. The Buffs also have to lose their top receiver, Jimmy Horn Jr., as he limped out of the field during the second quarter and didn’t return. Then again, in the fourth quarter, another veteran, Omarion Miller, was also chartered off the field. This affected a lot of teams’ offense. As mentioned earlier, in the intro about Hunter’s injury, let’s see what injury he suffered during their showdown against Kansas.
