Pack. The. Rock. And the Hoosiers fans certainly did. Convincingly. The Indiana Hoosiers just secured their seventh straight victory of the season on Saturday with a dominant 56-7 win over Nebraska. And it wasn’t just a sold-out game at the Memorial Stadium; it was the program’s first sellout since 2021 with a home crowd of 53,082 fans, the fourth-highest attended game in program history!
“I noticed ’em,” Indiana coach Curt Cignetti said, after the game. “…There’s a lot of excitement a lot of places, which is awesome. I could tell they were really loud.” But looks like that’s just the tip of the iceberg!
At this point in time, barring just one home game against Michigan State, the next two home games against Washington on Saturday, Michigan (Nov 9), and the season-finale against Purdue (Nov 9), SOLD OUT! Four sell-out games, a program record which is a combined total of sell-outs from 2016-2023! HC Curt Cignetti hailed the historic moment shortly after the Week 7 game, “You keep winning; people are going to come.”

We appreciate you, coach.”
“I hear you, bro,” Cignetti reciprocated ecstatically. He went on to offer McAfee to stay at his house. “…I’m tired. I got to fly to Eugene, I got to fly to Berkley, let’s not f— this up. We got to have three great days so we can get it done on Saturday and get you guys down here.”
