Money can’t buy everything, huh? Sherrone Moore and Co. ended the season in quite a fashion. Despite having the most misfit squad out there who were clearly out of their element, the Wolverines still managed to land a 4th massive blow on OSU and snatched away a win on the Buckeyes home turf. Now this act alone managed to revive the Michigan man, but do you know what was the cream of the crop? When Sherrone Moore and Co. snatched away the No.1 QB from LSU. Yeah, the Wolverines went into this with pockets full of NIL money and got Bryce Underwood on the squad.
Well, the Wolverines recruitment squad probably thought they would easily pull the same trick for Isaiah Gibson as well. Jokes on them cause it failed. Back on X, Aiden Sen shared, “Per sources, as things stand 5 ⭐️ EDGE Isaiah Gibson will sign with Georgia today despite a late NIL-heavy push from Michigan.” Things are getting interesting on National Signing Day, folks. This means that the Wolverines are pretty much out of the race when it comes to grabbing Gibson.

There are still a few hours left, but it looks like the Wolverines are out of the race for the On3’s No. 5 ranked recruit#CFB || #GoBlue || #GoDawgs pic.twitter.com/UYmo0rTWpw

Adding insult to injury was the fact that on Wednesday morning, this guy was full-on trolling the Michigan squad. Many people spotted Gibson sharing multiple stories about the Wolverines, and it turns out he was having a laugh at their expense.
This scenario perfectly explains that just by throwing money on the table, you cannot flip anyone away. Underwood’s entire scene happened because $10.5 million was allegedly involved (and some other important factors as well). Over here against Georgia, that money won’t hold if you look at the reputation the team has.
That, and also Kirby Smart, is not going to allow Moore to one-up him again. The Wolverines already flipped Shamari Earls from Georgia, so there is no way Smart is letting Gibson go. Also, this was one reality check Michigan needed. However, with the entire signing day fiasco, while Georgia managed to escape from Michigan, they couldn’t run far from OSU.

Finally, a win for Ryan Day
Someone once said that a wounded tiger is more dangerous. Don’t know how this works here, but it kind of goes along with Ryan Day‘s latest pull for OSU. While there is no direct bad blood between the Dawgs and the Buckeyes, Day still manages to flip away someone good from Georgia.
4-star RB Anthony “Turbo” Rogers has announced his commitment to OSU. Early on this guy was in talks to go to the Dawgs, but here we are. Smart got double-teamed by 2 teams who were literally fighting (the entire flag-planting scenario) a few days back.

Michigan took away Earls, and OSU took Rogers. Cannot wait to see what other shenanigans unfold on this signing day.
