Did Deion Sanders risk Travis Hunter's health for a win, or was it a calculated decision?

The Colorado Buffaloes have made a strong comeback after their loss to Kansas State, showcasing their resilience and determination. On October 19, quarterback Shedeur Sanders led the Buffs to a victory over 34-7 Arizona with his 250-yard throw and three touchdowns. Was this his best? No, we all know what he is capable of. However, because of injury, Sanders Two-way had to leave the field in the first half, but his absence did not affect the Buffs much.

Since their recent game, head coach Deion Sanders and Hunter have been in the headlines. Many believe that Sanders made a selfish decision by allowing Hunter to play despite his ongoing shoulder issues. Do you think the same? Hunter has cleared the air and said it was his decision to play. After publicly supporting head coach Deion Sanders, Travis Hunter has expressed admiration for his teammate Shedeur Sanders. In the latest episode of The Travis Hunter Show, star cornerback and wide receiver Travis Hunter sat down with former NFL player Charles Woodson and discussed the profound bond and brotherhood that define their relationship both on and off the field.

Woodson asked Hunter what it’s like being in there with Shedeur Sanders. The two-way star took no time and said, “Amazing.” Hunter emphasized the importance of unity and support within the team. His comments reflect a deep understanding of the collective responsibility that players share, particularly in relation to their quarterback, Shedeur Sanders. “A lot of players don’t get that, and a lot of players are getting their feelings, but we know as a team we know that’s ours; that’s our big brother of the show. We know we gotta go as he goes, and we got to help him out as much as he helped us out, so we know we just got to keep going, keep grinding for him, make him like it. We said he makes us look good; we got to make him look good at the end of the day.”

He further highlighted Shedeur Sanders’s role within the Colorado Buffaloes’ receiver room. He also shed light on Shedeur’s role outside the field. “We just got to keep working for him, so like him being that other outlet other than the coach telling us what we need to do and how we need to play, it’s great for us, and it’s great to fire a brother bun, so it’s like a brotherhood in that receiver room, and with him around us, it’s just crazy because he’s going to keep us going.”
