For now, it’s believed Branch might enter the NFL draft in 2026. Though way too early for some predictions, his landing with the Raiders seems more than just a possibility. Well, Las Vegas is not just any city to him—it’s his hometown, where he sharpened his skills at Bishop Gorman High School. Plus, his uncle, Cliff Branch, once donned the Raiders’ jersey back in the 80s when the team was still called Oakland Raiders. Now, given this history, it’s not hard to envision Zachariah in silver and black.

Now, as for Antonio Pierce, his wide receiver room could use a standout talent like Branch in the future. With the Raiders eyeing Shedeur Sanders as a future quarterback, the timing for a fresh WR might just align perfectly by 2026. Although it’s too soon to say for sure, Zachariah Branch is ready to keep turning heads until then.

Elite wideout Zachariah Branch for the Trojans

The biggest plus of Zachariah Branch is his elite scene. Well, even today, LSU’s head coach Brian Kelly might be having his own plans to slow down this ‘cheetah’ who runs around 26 miles/hour. And there’s no doubt that he is going to be QB Moss Miller’s go-to receiver for today.

Have an interesting take?

Even last year, Zachariah Branch was an explosive weapon on the offense as he played 29 passes for 311 yards. And his very eye-grabbing moment happened last year when he made a punt return for a TD. Well, now say who wouldn’t want such a dynamic talent? Sure seems like an underdog in the Trojans roster today.

Well, the USC Trojans too have their faith in such underdogs as they confidently posted, “Clear for takeoff and ready for battle” right ahead of the match. It sure is not mere fancy caption as the team gave a tough fight for LSU. It was sure a litmus test match for both teams, as they were tied with a 1-1 win record going into the matchup.
