Garrett Nussmeier’s girlfriend posted numerous photos of her with her friend and the LSU Tigers quarterback as part of their farewell greeting. Garrett Nussmeier’s take on his future
Nuss went back to the turned-out game. He scored three touchdowns and gained 277 yards via the air as LSU defeated Oklahoma 37–17. Nussmeier’s inconsistency was largely to blame for the Tigers’ recent predicament. It seems as though the accident caused those shoulders to undergo a necessary recalibration. LSU achieved an impressive 8–4 record. Their prospects for the future are still unclear, though.
A journalist questioned him, “Have you decided on whether you’re coming back next year?“ Nussmeier kept quiet about the decision for the most part. “I have not decided about that. I’ve not had any discussions or any conversations. I wanted to leave that out till after the season. Didn’t want to go over that and I can’t really tell you where I’m at right now or what I think. I know that I love being here at LSU, I love this team. Love this school, this organization. This family [and] the fan base. I’ll get into those conversations probably early this week and try [to] figure everything out from there,” he stated.
