Pittsburgh Steelers HC Mike Tomlin has always been in the limelight. Now his son, senior WR Dino Tomlin is not far behind. With time, he has leveled himself up so much so that he is projected to be entering the 2024 NFL Draft. But before taking the NFL flight, Dino had been claiming the limelight now. Rotating his closed fists near the eyes, Dino came up with a ‘this feat is gonna make you cry’ warning in disguise. While the Eagles fans went on a laughter riot seeing their fav WR’s gestures, it was enough for FSU fans to notice droplets of cold sweat on their forehead. After all, they already had a premonition about their doom when they saw their favorite superhero QB DJ Uiagalelei come off as a big flop as Boston College swept off with a 28-13 victory.

Dino Tomlin’s prophetic predictions turn out to be true

What’s your perspective on:

Did Dino Tomlin just prove he's got the same fire as his dad, Mike Tomlin?

Have an interesting take?

The Bill O’Brien-led Eagles had held the reins tight from the very first minute. During the first 15-minute quarter they held their control over the pigskin for 14 minutes and 9 seconds straight. Within this period, Dino and Co. dominated in the trenches and punished the FSU defense. As the heat started to build up, FSU started to pull some things together and they even scored a field goal that slightly improved their score to 14-3.

But their happy times were short-lived. In the second quarter, FSU QB Uiagalelei suffered a massive blow as he missed a wide-open receiver in the endzone. However, it did not crush the QB’s morals as he went for another try, but that too came as a big miss! The QB threw a desperate interception on fourth down. And here Dino’s teammate Max Tucker made a grand entry as he picked the ball and rushed to the FSU 7 yard-line.

Hence, Dino Tomlin had been apt in his predictions that the game results would leave the FSU fans in a pool of tears. Not only the fans will regret the Labor Day night, but QB DJ Uiagalelei also lands in a sticky spot as his NFL Draft hopes got benched.
