USC has been making a strong push to get the in-state talent home. The new general manager never wants to let their grip loose on any standout home-grown product at all. So, it’s not a surprise that Riley would do what is needed to swoop him in. Recently, a photo of Redeaux with Trojans legend Reggie Bush makes fans psyched up for another commitment news. But the game is not at all that easy. The four-star prodigy has five more schools in his elite shortlist.

For USC, he is fond of Riley’s ethics and strategy and also developed a close bond with Running Backs coach Anthony Jones. The offensive scheme has been a big appealing factor to him, and overall, he likes how the 2026 class looks stacked up in South California. But again, there will be a lot of parameters to be judged before he makes a final call.

Redeaux spoke to On3 about what will be the driving force in his final choice, highlighting the essence of life and culture outside of football. “It will be about how the staff and people treat me,” Redeaux said. “Life outside of football is something I am looking hard at. I will know about the football stuff at the schools I am looking at, so I want to know more about life outside of football and if the coaches care about the players. Those types of things will matter.”

We will see how the recruitment saga pans out for the standout four-star USC product and whether or not Riley will have another big fish in his pond on April 5th.
