Ain’t no Tigers roaring in this house cause Bama is finally back. It felt like Kalen DeBoer and the Alabama Crimson Tide would never be able to bounce back from the depressing run they had been on. A loss to an unranked team, followed by a mercy win over South Carolina and then another blowout against the Vols. Boy Kalen DeBoer had to do something, and well, you bet he did. He channeled his inner Nick Saban, and what did that get the Tide? Blowing out Mizzou from their 6-1 run. That’s right. With 34-0 on the board, Kalen DeBoer is back and Bama football has shown us one of the best performances since the Dawgs rivalry game.

“KALEN DEBOER IN PLAYERS FACES AS WE’RE 34-0?!?! ATTA BOY BABY!!!!!!! that’s how we do it!!!!!” RiDDELL pointed out on X as Bama takes away the Tigers’ crown. The 50-year-old DeBoer was all over OL Emil Ekiyor Jr.’s face, and what did that get the team? Well, that anger DeBoer channeled brought back the good old Bama spirit.

Sometimes, you just gotta tap into that Nick Saban energy if you wanna grab that W. This game blows the entire ‘fire DeBoer’ conversation out of the water. And it’s not only because of the massive win; how the team played this game was pure perfection. Kudos to DC Kane Wommack because the defensive line he prepped for this showdown has to be one of the best we have seen from Bama so far.

You know the cherry on the cake? It was the 4th quarter turnover. The Tigers were almost there. What? like 5-7 yards from the endzone DeBoer calls timeout, and then Wommack throws in the starters. Eventually, Bama capitalizes with a sack, pushing the Tigers back.

Going into this game, the Tigers lost their starting QB Brady Cook because his injury ramped up. However, that is no excuse for how badly the Tigers’ offense performed. Backup QB Drew Pyne gave up 3 interceptions during that entire game. With Bama securing this W, and with the by-week coming, it feels like DeBoer and Co. are finally back in the run for the playoffs. However, what matters most is that DeBoer has managed to win back the fans.

Is Kalen DeBoer the new Nick Saban, reviving Bama's glory days with his fiery leadership?

This is Bama football

“@KalenDeBoer great job coach,” was what one fan pointed out. Truly, DeBoer nailed this game. With the overall layout and the pressure the defense managed to create, the offense got more than enough shot at bringing in points for the team. The HC has finally stopped making the mistakes he made against South Carolina and that is amazing progress.

Another fan was quick to note, “Kalen Deboer chewing out a Lineman up 34-0 in the 4th quarter 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 THAT IS THE TYPE OF ENERGY WE NEED!!!” RIGHT. Sometimes you just gotta bring back that strictness Bama was so famous for. We saw what happened when the boys got too much leeway after the Dawgs win. Vandy walked all over the mammoth and then South Carolina almost managed to do the same.

On the same note, another fan also mentioned, “Kalen DeBoer chewing out the center while up 34-0… we are back.” If DeBoer keeps this energy up and holds the players accountable, we might see the Saban era back in Bama. Finally, a fan pointed out, I’m very impressed with this. Now this is Bama football @KalenDeBoer.” Now the only challenge left is LSU. In 10 years, Bama has never lost a game coming off of a by-week. So, let’s hope DeBoer maintains that legacy.
