The Colorado Buffs’ victory against the Arizona Wildcats was never short of a magical moment. The team was in its best form, displaying exceptional gameplay, which ultimately resulted in a 34-7 win against Arizona. But it looks like the team has more than enough reason to paint the town red. And above that, the Buffs’ recent achievement even got appreciated by head coach Deion Sanders’s ex-wife, Pilar Sanders. Let’s see what the fuss is all about.

Colorado Buffs are leading the Big 12 Conference teams with 21 sacks in the season. Today this exciting update is shared by cubuffsfootball on their official Instagram page, captioning the post as “After recording 7️⃣ sacks against Arizona, our defense leads the Big 12 with 2️⃣1️⃣” But what took everyone’s attention was Buffs head coach Deion Sanders’s ex-wife Pilar Sanders encouraging comment on the pose, “👏👏👏👏👏👏🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️” Piler didn’t require words her emoji’s reflected her happiness. The minutes after the post went viral, Pilar Sanders commented on the post, showcasing her unwavering support for the team.

This is not the only time Pilar Sanders has expressed her support for the Buffs. A few months back, when Colorado was going against North Dakota, Pilar went to the Folsom Field to attend the game. Despite going through a difficult separation with Coach Prime, she remained loyal to the team and never switched allegiances. It’s primarily because of her boys. Even so, she never fails to miss out on any chance to show her love towards the team.

Talking about the team, let’s discuss their performance against Arizona as what made the team stand out among the Big 12 conference teams. It looks like the Buffs finally regained their charm.

Well, undoubtedly, the Buffs’ win against Arizona was an eye-opener for a lot of people raising questions about their position in the tournament after an upsetting loss against Kansas State. But Arizona came as a savior for them. During the game, every player was in their best form, demonstrating excellence in the field. Buffs wide receiver Isaiah Augustave and running back Charlie Offerdahl finished 53 yards rushing, with Charlie recording the longest run from scrimmage this season which is 39 yards. Even Buffs star quarterback Shedeur Sanders showcased a remarkable performance, throwing for 250 yards with three touchdowns.

Even Buffs mentor Coach Prime was quite amazed by Buffs’ execution on both sides of the ball. After their game, Deion Sanders appreciated the team, saying, “Wonderful game, wonderful victory. Offense defense, collectively both units played well.” On that note, the team is just one game away from qualifying for the playoffs.
