The entire week has been buzzing with news of the game between No. 9 Michigan and No. 3 Texas, which is finally unfolding at the big house. Many celebrities have stepped in to watch this game live, including famous actor Matthew McConaughey, who, being a Texas supporter, takes a jab at Derek Jeter.

A die-hard football fan, Matthew McConaughey, shared a special video to cheer up Michigan Wolverines’ honorary captain Derek Jeter right before the game between Texas and Michigan. In the video, he said, “I don’t know if I’m going to be making live on your show, but I’m open on a train; I’m open on a boat than jogging on the last eighteen miles. Now be there by game time. I hope this is going to be a long day for you. Big Blue is back in the game. Humorously, Superstar McConaughey delivered his excitement to watch the most anticipated game of the season.

Texas opened the season with their solid 52-0 win over Colorado State. Quarterback Quin Ewers led the team to its win, throwing 260 yards with three touchdowns and one interception. On the other hand, Michigan started the season with a 30-10 victory over Fresno State. However, despite winning, analysts heavily criticized them.
