The thirty-two-year-old had a serious idea on October 18. Deiondra joined the Instagram trend “Add Yours” to raise awareness of mental health issues just eight days after October 10, which is World Mental Health Day. She appeared to be in her 20s in the photo, sporting a white shirt with knots and red shorts.

“A picture of me at my lowest and nobody knew: Even if someone looks happy, you don’t know what goes on behind the scenes.” The snap’s narrative is a wonderful fit for the template.
