Deiondra Sanders, Baby Snow’s mom, shared a heart-melting update on her Instagram that’s sure to make you smile. She posted a cute picture of Snow watching the Colorado-Texas game, and while he might not have fully realized it, he was witnessing history. In her video clip, Baby Snow was intently watching the Buffs as they battled back from a 13-0 deficit. “Snow LOVE watching football. He knows what’s up lol,” Deiondra captioned the story. You can almost hear him cheering in his little baby voice, probably louder than the silent crowd in Lubbock after Colorado’s incredible comeback.

Wait till Coach Prime checks his phone and sees what’s buzzing. And he already did! Soon after the game, Deion Sanders gave a shout-out to his daughter for training the little Buffs fan right. He posted the pictures of Snow on his gram watching his Grandpa and uncles go in. “Snow, Lil Baby or My Grandson whichever u prefer is already preparing to be a BUFF for life,” Grandpa Prime wrote. Start ’em young, they said. And boy, were they right! Snow is already a die-hard black and gold fan—even if his game-day snacks are a bit smaller.

After a slow start, the Buffs came alive in the second quarter, and once Baby Snow woke up from his nap, it was all magic. Thanks to a strong run by Shedeur and Travis, Colorado outscored Texas Tech 34-7 to finish with a 41-27 win.  And with the win, Colorado moved into second place in the Big 12 standings, and they’re already bowl-eligible. Deion Sanders, aka Baby Snow’s grandpa, is now 7-2 and on his way to a championship run. And hey, who knows? Maybe Baby Snow will even suit up one day and be part of some historic moments himself. But right now, every cheer counts as the Buffs make their push to the top! And let’s not forget, the Sanders family had to see some tough times before all of this.

Deiondra Sanders’ baby boy is a blessing after a tough journey

Coach Prime and his daughter Deiondra have been through a lot even before this 2024 season started. He has seen his daughter in immense pain during her pregnancy. After successfully giving birth to baby Snow, she announced the end of an incredibly challenging journey. “Through every hurdle—the fibroids, the scares of miscarriages, and the shortened cervix—it felt like we were navigating a storm,” she shared. Despite these formidable obstacles, Deiondra’s resolve never wavered, her prayers constantly centered on reaching the crucial 28-week milestone.

Deion Sanders, visibly emotional, expressed his gratitude, keeping his faith at the center of his message. A special blessing came on August 9th, when Baby Snow Jacquees Sanders-Broadnax was born—coincidentally, the same day as Deion’s birthday. It was a perfect gift, and it also gave Coach Prime a tiny new cheerleader just in time for the 2024 season.

On September 15, 2024, during the Rocky Mountain Showdown in Boulder, Deiondra shared an adorable Instagram story of Baby Snow in a Colorado jersey with the caption, “Let’s go Buffs.” The little guy was dressed in a cute black and white striped onesie with matching socks, making him the ultimate game-day fashionista. Since his debut as a game-day audience member, Baby Snow has been a shining star in the Sanders family spotlight.
