Don’t y’all love a cute family story? Well, at first Deion Sanders had thought that Jacquees was probably not the best guy for his daughter Deiondra Sanders. “See, he shorter than her,” Coach Prime had said, referring to the “King of R&B” height. However, as time passed, the father and the future son-in-law duo got much closer. Deion knows that Jacq was there with his daughter throughout her pregnancy. It’s not a new fact that Deiondra’s journey to motherhood has been rough. Dealing with multiple health complications and fibroids, doctors had already said that getting pregnant would be tough. However, here we are, the baby is here and healthy as ever and Jacq is already making some schemes to score the kid some new kicks.
Today, on August 21st, we spot Deion on his Instagram sharing some sneak peeks into his new lineup of Nike shoes and look who’s down in the comment section, asking for a pair. Jacquees had a small request for the new grandpa. “We need da baby ones too,” he wrote under the post. Back on August 18th, we saw a glimpse of the baby in Jacquees arms. What’s funny is that this ain’t even the first time Jacq had asked Deion for a pair. On July 29th, we saw Jacq post some solid pictures on his Instagram account. And in one of the snaps he was spotted wearing gold and black shorts. Deion jumped in quickly commenting, “I need them Shawtz dawg.” And Jacq had the perfect reply. “Man I need dem Unreleased joints,” he said.

Back during an MLB game, Coach Prime was spotted wearing a black shoe with white detailing. The internet had gone ballistic. And unless you were living under a rock, the pair was Coach Prime’s DT Max 96′ which is set to launch in September 2024. While it is unsure that Jacq has received an early pair, we know for a fact that Deion is going to hook his grandkid up pretty soon with some new Nikes. Cause, after all, the kiddo did grace everyone’s lives on Coach Prime’s birthday.
Coach Prime’s grandchild
Back on August 13th Deion took to X to write, “God is good baby.” Deiondra Sanders broke the news that the baby was born without any problems or complications. She went on to X to explain that the child found a safe space inside her uterus and latched on there. While her fibroids were still there, it caused zero issues for the baby and its nutrient intake. Deiondra also mentioned that the child was around 6 pounds and 13 ounces.
The best part about all of this is that the doctor who helped deliver “Baby Que” was the same one who had helped in the delivery of Deion Sanders’s first daughter. 4 myomectomy surgeries and Deiondra still managed to pull through the entire pregnancy without any serious issues. Sometimes you cannot help but fall in love with Coach Prime’s entire family.
