You know how Deion Sanders always keeps it flashy. But this time, it feels like something’s brewing behind the scenes. Right after Shedeur Sanders and Shilo Sanders lit up Colorado’s pro day with some serious heat—Shedeur throwing dimes like he’s already in the league and Shilo clocking an impressive 40-yard dash—the 57-year-old dad is on social media dropping a curious note that’s got fans scratching their heads. And nope, it’s not about the pro day, draft, or next season. It’s bigger; it’s a family business. It’s about… travel plans?

So here’s the scene. Instead of kicking back the eventful pro day quietly, Deion Sanders did what only Prime can do. He hopped on X on April 6 to drop a curveball. “Who’s the best Travel person in the game right now that can book wonderful, exciting, exotic, luxury trips on the Low Low for me and my family?” He pitched and added. “Y’all know I’m Frugal so Be Honest and keep it 💯. If you’re that person you will get all the Sanders business.” Scouting travel agents like he’s building another dream team!

You already know what this means. Another family vacation is loading. And with Deion Sanders’ track record, it’s going to be a whole production. Remember that Dominican Republic trip last March? That one had everything—laughs, beach, vibes, and even a lost Coach Prime in the middle of a jog gone wrong. “I’m Dead lost in the Dominican!” he wrote on IG. “I just wanted to go on a nice lil jog, and now I’m lost. HELP!” And just three months later, another trip popped up.

In July, they jetted off to Dallas for Deion Sanders’ early birthday. It looked like a boys-only flight—Deion, Shedeur, Shilo, and Deion Jr.—but surprise! Mama Connie and some other family members rolled in deep. Private jet, full squad, straight vibes. That luxurious staycation at Viceroy Los Cabos just before the season opener? Yeah, Deion definitely showed his IG fam what living the high life looks like. He’s a man who knows how to enjoy life to the fullest. But let’s come back to Colorado’s pro day because that was the real kickoff to all this.

Deion Sanders’ NFL-bound sons make a strong case at Pro Day

April 4th in Boulder felt bigger than the NFL Combine. It was like a mini-Super Bowl for scouts. Shedeur Sanders stepped up with that trademark cool, effortlessly firing deep passes and displaying those smooth mid-route touch throws. Eric Galko, the Shrine Bowl’s director of football operations, noted Shedeur completed an impressive 58 out of 63 passes during the workout, with 3 of the incompletions being drops. While it wasn’t a game setting, he clearly showcased the mental preparation, the hard work, and the leadership—it wasn’t just flash; it was substance. But sadly, not every team sees it that way. Then came his older safety brother, fired up and ready.

Shilo Sanders clocked a 4.52 in the 40-yard dash, then a 4.59. But per Deion Sanders Jr., some scouts got him at 4.47. That’s real speed. I really wanted to get that 4.4 so I could get this whip from my dad,” he joked, ever the trickster.

The 4.4 was just a goal. Nobody thought I could run a 4.5 at all or a 4.6. Everyone was talking about 4.7 and stuff like that. But I’m proud of it.” Deion Sanders was in full dad-coach mode. “He’s a go-getter and he’s a dog,” the proud dad said. “He’s a doer. I love what he represents. I love who he is on and off the field, and he’s a great young man.” 67 tackles last season, playing through a broken forearm. Yeah, he’s that dude.

But now, it’s time for the Sanders family to breathe a little. Maybe from a beach chair in some “exotic” locale. Well, the draft’s around the corner. This next potential trip? It might be the calm before a storm.
