Once again, the magic of Deion Sanders is at play. Both Coach Prime’s professional efforts on the field and his off-field stunts that keep him in the spotlight are commendable. His group is drawing attention for its high-end flip commits in addition to being eligible for the playoffs this season following their recent victory over Utah. But this time, the 2025 Dynasty Buffs are bolstered by bringing in another IMG recruit. It appears that Deion and Co. will keep bringing in talent from the IMG Academy.

Hayes Fawcett posted an image of Alexander McPherson on Instagram on November 29 along with the message, “SKO BUFFS! Something special is happening in Boulder believe it!.” Alexander McPherson, a member of the class of 2025 EDGE, has committed to Colorado, according to the post. In case you didn’t know, Oklahoma State was once committed to the EDGE from Florida. He now switched his commitment to CU. However, it appears plausible for the Buffs to get such a quality athlete given his performance traits.

With 13 effective field goals and 40 consecutive extra points at the end of the season, McPherson had an overall mark of 100% in both areas and was unable to miss a kick. In addition, the Lou Groza Award Semifinalist was acknowledged as one of college football’s best kickers. Finding out that he is not just one who committed to Colorado from IMG is the major twist. With the exception of Alexander from IMG, three prospects in all committed to Buffs. Among these players were 4-star DE London Merritt, 5-star OLB Nathaniel Owusu-Boateng, and 5-star OL Michael Carroll.

Despite this, Colorado’s roster now includes four IMG players. The pipeline from IMG to Colorado appears to be on fire. This is not the end, though; the Buffs’ head coach has more plans for the 2025 class.

Deion Sanders’ target players

In keeping with the idea, Deion Sanders brought two young, aspiring high school athletes to their game against Cincinnati. Julian Lewis is the first on the list. He will be visiting Folsom Field, but it’s not shocking because Julian has already verbally committed to the USC Trojans, which may upset head coach Lincoln Riley. Nicholas McChesney, the offensive tackle for Mountain Vista, will also be hosted by Coach Prime.
