Now that the burden is off their shoulders, it looks like Buffs head coach eldest son Deion Sanders Jr. finally has some time to observe other teams’ gameplay. However, his recent revelation of siding with Colorado’s rival team is not something that was expected.

Today, after Texas Tech’s neck-to-neck win of 23-22 against Iowa State, Deion Sanders Jr. took to X to share his excitement over their win, saying, “Turn Up Texas Tech!” It looks like Texas Tech’s performance against Iowa quite intrigued Sanders Jr., after which he finally has some other favorite team apart from the Colorado Buffs in the ongoing season. Now that Sanders Jr. is finally doing something that is not Coach Prime-influenced, it’s coming off quite weird.
