You gotta give it to Bucky, man. Deion Sanders Jr. aka Bucky, has always been vocal about Buffs and any problems that surround Colorado. We have seen him call out the university and Boulder Police multiple times before because of all the parking issues that were happening around the campus. Heck, the backlash was so severe that Boulder Police had to come to a Buffs meeting to ensure that things would get better. While Deion Jr. is mostly busy covering behind the scenes from the camp or the season games, he doesn’t shy away from putting in a reality check for Deion Sanders and his boys from time to time.

So, on September 9th, Bucky did it again on his YouTube channel Well Off Media. He posted a video with the title, “Colorado Gets Embarrassed By Nebraska: COMPLETELY EMBARRASSED.” And to say that the fans were impressed would be an understatement. “Title was much needed. No sugar coating,” one fan noted under the comment section of the video. The game against the Huskers was brutal. Deion Sanders had way too much faith in his team and that came back to bite him. Shedeur Sanders was sacked five times during the game, and the dude got no chance at making plays. The Huskers crushed the entire O-line, and it got so bad that till the second half, the Buffs were on negative rushing yards. While the pace did pick up after Alejandro Mata managed to sneak in a field goal and LaJohntay Wester landed a touchdown using a pass from Shedeur, it still ended up at 28-10 and the Buffs had to return him with their head hanging low.

From a fan’s perspective, we can understand how frustrating it was watching Colorado perform. Even Travis Hunter couldn’t keep his anger in check and was spotted getting so frustrated that he had to be pulled aside to calm down. The game also caused Shilo Sanders to suffer a forearm injury, which could leave him sitting off for the rest of the season. Deion Jr’s video gives a great idea of everything that went wrong and the fans seem to love it.

Colorado Buffs need more time

“Respect for the title not gonna lie,” was the first comment we spotted from a fan. It takes some spine to call out your dad’s team and Bucky does not shy away from doing that, so prop to him. Another fan noted, “Bucky, you are the realist for the title of this video. We’ll bounce back but the guys MUST do their job.” This time, Deion has to focus. The NDSU game was just the eye-opener and the Husker game was the slap on the wrist. If Coach Prime does not realize the problem now, then this season is also lost.

“Title of this video is honest _ I hope the guys learn from the mistakes and get better _ Go Buffs!” a fan mentioned. The next game against the Rams is on September 15th, so Coach Prime and the Buffs still have time to figure things out. Finally, the last fan echoed the same sentiment and noted, “Thank you Bucky for the video!! We got work to do CU but I still Believe in you guys!! Lets learn from this and step up and do what we know we can do!!” See, Deion and his boys have the potential but they have to learn how to play around their quarterback. We saw how easily Shedeur was shaken up because the O-line failed to protect him. Despite that, the Buffs kept on playing with an open offense, which caused them even more. These small things add up to become a much bigger disaster and if Deion doesn’t want a repeat of the 2023 season, then he has to fix this.
