Julian Lewis is setting the bar high. The five-star USC QB commit has already been a talking point in the College football recruitment. Schools seem to play their best shot to leave a lasting impression before the final signing day approaches. The kid stands out among the prized high school athletes for his incredible athletic prowess and the huge social media presence that put him only second to Bryce Underwood in the NIL valuation figures. But in case you still wonder what the root of such hype is? Lewis has an answer for you.

The 17-year-old has been on a real tear in his last senior season at Carrollton High School in Georgia. With every play, he is making sure that he is beating his last stats and touching a new height. All those 646 of 943 passes for 9761 yards, 132 touchdowns, and 18 receptions sound massive, and it is massive. Jacksonville Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence and Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson were left behind as the new sensation in the football world violated their record TD numbers. Lewis also threw fewer interceptions as compared to Lawrence and Watson in their first three seasons. But all of these feats came down to his latest one. Lewis has been named the region player of the year. I mean, just check out his latest IG story!

This is certainly not anything new for the promising QB, just except for another feather to his cap, but the honor shows he keeps honing his craft without fail. The spotlight never seems faint. He was crowned MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year in 2023. As the season is on, the sky can only be the limit of the unfathomable superstar.

Moving ahead to his recruitment scenes, the picture is quite messy, and why wouldn’t it be? After all, who would want to miss out on a one-of-a-kind talent like him? However, the USC Trojans have been facing some severe competition to keep him locked.
