Well, you can’t keep Coach Prime away from the news. The Buffs have had a lot of eyeballs on them. With Paul Finebaum calling them “irrelevant” to random media outlets calling out the Buffs locker room culture as toxic and full of bullying. Amidst all of this, Deion was just doing his own thing behind the scenes. Changing the o-line of the Buffs to protect QB Shedeur Sanders and also bringing in Patt Shurmur to teach the young QB how to defend himself while between a triangle of defenders. However, today we find Coach Prime’s good old friend making some headlines.
The Paris Olympics this year was a treat to behold, from Simone Biles securing her medal to Kristen Faulkner getting gold for Team US and breaking a 40-year record. Now on the Pregame Show on August 15th, Coach Andre Hart and Coach Michael Pollock talk about how Snoop Dogg rocked the Olympic gig. “Snoop became the mascot for the United States team,” Pollock said. Snoop was marked by fans as the “unofficial” mascot for Team USA. However, that ain’t the most shocking part. Uncle Neely was quick to mention that Snoop apparently got $500k PER DAY and his expenses were paid for during his performance. “I read that on the internet,” Pollock mentioned. Hell, the thing was so hilarious that Andre Hart pretended to faint in the arms of Pollock. “He just don’t miss,” Hart mentioned.

It ain’t no wonder why Coach Prime and Snoop are such good friends. They just know how to catch everyone’s eye. Even way back in the day, Deion had mentioned, “The advice that he gave me, I would treasure it forever.” This was right after Snoop met up with Deion to give him some proper advice during the entire Shilo Sanders lawsuit. Big Dogg had told Deion, “Let him walk his own path. You got to let him go in an uncharted territory.” And Coach Prime has stuck to the advice ever since. The coach and the rapper have been friends since way back in 2005. Both men connected with their love of football and coaching kids. However, coming back to the Olympics, Snoop Dogg did pull a lot of stunts.

The world was in shock when Snoop Dogg went down the road with the Olympic torch in his hands. Back on an interview with Access Hollywood, Snoop even mentioned that he “Lived His Best Life” back in Paris. Snoop even made everyone at the equestrian event gasp when he pulled out with Martha Stewert in a full-on riding outfit. Even Pollock mentioned, “He was dressed up. Only in America can Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewert hand out at an equestrian event.”
