The word “BOSSY” describes Deion Sanders’s youngest child as the best. Shelomi Sanders is fortunate to have grown up with two successful athletic brothers. None of Deion’s kids need an introduction, but still, Shedeur is a quarterback for the Colorado Buffaloes, and Shilo plays as a safety for the Buffs. Despite growing up in a popular family, Shelomi is determined to make her own name in college basketball. But who is her biggest cheerleader from the family?

Any guesses? It is her mother, Pilar Sanders. We have often seen Pilar supporting Shelomi and her other kids by attending their games and encouraging them through social media. Hold on! Today the story is different. Yes! It is Shelomi who is Pilar’s cheerleader for today.

Shelomi took to Instagram and expressed a wave of emotions upon seeing her mother in a music video from her sassy days. She could not stop herself from cheering and hyping her as she wrote, “Yeaaa maam BEEEEEN BADDD.” Her reactions clearly highlight the strong bond between the mother-daughter duo.

See, Pilar loves and supports all her kids equally, but does she love Shelomi a bit extra? Maybe. Do you remember when Shelomi decided to change her university? Coach Prime did not find her decision appropriate and called her move stupid. But Pilar stood strong and supported her during her tough times. And now the Sanders fans and family can witness the boss girl making her mother proud on her team, Alabama.

Shelomi Sanders’s journey of independence

As mentioned earlier, Shelomi is here to make her own name. See, she is fortunate that she was born with a golden spoon, but when she decided to change the university, she declared that she was ready for the hustle and that her independence matters to her. Playing at Colorado was an easy option for her because Boulder City loves Coach Prime, and her brother plays for the same university. She decided to enter the transfer portal not because the Buffs are a bad team. But because she takes her basketball career very seriously. Even during an interview, she made it clear the Buffs didn’t look like a good option for her career.

Now she is showing immense progress with Alabama A&M. Even Deion Sanders finally accepted her decision and appreciated her season opener performance. A&M’s coach, Dawn Throenton, has also mentioned that she is a good player and her presence makes a huge difference in their team. “Shelomi is just what we need.” She is progressing. Well, this is Shelomi’s birthday month, and she will soon be 21. We are sure this year she will excel and very soon be a big name in the world of college basketball.
