Is CBS underestimating Deion Sanders again, or are the Buffs really in for a tough game?

“We got to go in (to Lincoln) and do what we’re capable of doing,” Deion Sanders appears very positive about their upcoming game against the Huskers. But looks like Deion Sanders’ past controversies are prohibiting his team from being the favorites. The early prediction has not rated the Buffs as they would’ve liked against the upcoming opponents, Nebraska. Despite winning their season opener against North Dakota by a significant margin of 31-26, Deion Sanders’ team is predicted to lose against Nebraska, by none other than CBS Sports.

Today @JakiTruth content creator for the Buffs took to “X” to post a video of the CBS experts, calling them “no-name experts”. The post read“CBS Sports has the lowest ratings among all media channels Watch as these no-name ‘experts’ try to remain relevant by laughing and predicting Nebraska beats the Buffs”. He took a jab at CBS sports experts who predicted the Buffs to go down against the Huskers. They discuss Coach Prime’s gameplay saying “Deion’s offense can stand toe to toe with anybody, but defense on the other hand is given up over 400 yards 10 in the last 13 games”.

Throughout their discussion, the experts mocked Deion Sanders and the team, making sarcastic remarks. Coach Prime’s ban on Keen could have surely instigated this perspective from the CBS. . They even said that Nebraska can beat the team as they have a powerful defense. “Nebraskas defense is going to destroy the interior line and everything they have to do with the offense,” they said. Well, the dig taken on Deion Sanders and the Buffs seems quite harsh and unrealistic, looking at their kickoff game against North Dakota.

Deion Sanders Buffs going head-to-head with Nebraska

The Buffs opened their first season with a bang against North Dakota, with a crushing victory of 31-26. Even though the first half was tough for the team, they took over really well in the second half. The Buffs star QB Shedeur Sanders was quite radiant throughout the match. He completed his game with 445 yards and four touchdowns through passing, with receivers Travis Hunter and Jimmy Horn Jr. Deion Sanders’s fall camp improvements made a significant impact on the team’s victory.
