Well, Kylie is often spotted with Carson. When not with him, she’s found a new friend: her brother’s sweetheart, Hanna Cavinder. Otherwise, she’s immersed in cheerleading drills, sharing snapshots in her shimmery Georgettes jersey, holding pompoms with her gal pals. After all, cheerleading is her passion. Flaunting satin bodycon dresses, cowboy hats with boots, and blue dresses, Kylie is a fashionista. Perhaps that’s what prompted her to think, ‘Why not play with my look a little?’ and chop off her hair.

And there are signs that she has been working on herself lately.

A day back, she had posted a collage of mirror selfies. Most of them were taken at the gym. It showed a fitter version of Kylie, as one could spot the toned arms and chiseled mid-section. By posting her selfies, she did not forget to send a message to her Insta family. The picture came with a caption as she wrote, “Invest in yourself. Being strong and healthy is a beautiful thing.” Now this ‘self-love’ phase did not come easy for Kylie, as she had to go through a lot of physical and mental toil.

But being a celeb’s sister and a renowned personality herself, did she keep it under wraps? Definitely not. There has been a lot of stigma that comes with this disorder. However, Kylie now has taken the oath to break them and help others who are or have been on the same path as her.

February 24 through March 2 marks Eating Disorder Awareness Week (EDAW). Going by the reports, global eating disorder statistics increased from 3.4% to 7.8% between 2000 and 2018. Approximately 30 million Americans live with an eating disorder. It comes in three categories—anorexia nervosa, binge eating, and bulimia nervosa. On February 28, Kylie shared about her experience with ED. On her IG story, she wrote, “<<<very vulnerable post but this week is too prominent and relatable to so many people who battle this illness. It’s a part of me I can’t change and has made me mentally & physically so strong. Reminder you are enough, food is fuel, and your road to recovery starts with YOU. Anything is possible ❤️❤️🙌🙌.” 

Now, this might be helping those who have unhealthy relationships with food, body image, and eating behaviors. Kylie Beck, who herself has been suffering, understands this firsthand. After all, she posted some old pictures of herself. In those snaps, her ribs were visible, and she lacked muscle mass. This clearly serves as a reminder of her past troubled relationship with food and inadequate nutrition. But over time, she has won that battle. And now, Kylie swears by one rule: love yourself first.
