We know for a fact that the Giants are still slamming their heads on the wall because they didn’t offer Saquon Barkley a proper deal. Imagine having one of the best RBs at the cusp of your hand and not making him the official player. Now this guy is running the gridiron like his life depends on it and has brought in massive plays for the Eagles. “Somewhere you know John Mara is crying.” No one else out there deserves the MVP more than Saquon Barkley and he proved that yet again as the Eagles takes on the wonder-child (Commanders) for the NFC championship title and a seat at the Super Bowl. How? You ask? Well, Bryce Underwood is here to explain it all.

“Ik he didn’t jus score the first play,” the 2025 Michigan QB shared on his IG story. The League’s rush leader got up, broke tackles, and danced through defenders to get down a 60-yard touchdown for the Eagles and push them for a 7-3 lead. And if that doesn’t get the dopamine pumping in your head, then Barkley followed up his play with another touchdown. This time 4-yards in. Just 3:43 left on the clock and this dude instantly pushed the Eagles to a massive lead.

Now, don’t get all hyped up. Commanders answered with their bombs. Led a perfect drive to the 46-yard line with a field goal and then followed that up with a 36-yard touchdown pass from the rookie monster, aka Jayden Daniels. Sadly, they lost out on the 2-point conversion but still, the Commanders did close the gap and brought the score to 12-14.

But who wins this showdown? See, it ain’t that easy. On one day you got the Commanders who are on the verge of the Super Bowl after a whole 33 years. And on the other hand, you got Jalen Hurts x Barkley pairing along with a Top 5 scoring defense and an offense that is almost perfectly balanced.

Regardless of what happens, both teams are going to have one he-k of a time and we, as fans, can expect more 60+ yard bombs (hopefully). And you wanna know another thing we are hopeful for? Underwood lifting up the Bluebloods in 2025 just like Barkley did for the Eagles.

Sherrone Moore’s QB worry is out the window

If there is anything Michigan fans have hated most about the 2024 comp, it’s the QB depth. Sherrone Moore pretty much had no one he could properly rely on. On one hand, the Wolverines had Alex Orji. He had some great moments, but was extinguished real fast.

On the other hand, you had Davis Warren. More INTs than TD plays, but you can’t blame him. Warren was a walk-on and still managed to show up for the Bluebloods and carry them to their 4th consecutive win against the Bucks.

What’s your perspective on:

Did the Giants make the biggest blunder by letting Saquon Barkley slip through their fingers?

Have an interesting take?

But things are about to change. With the No.1 QB of the 2025 class on board, Moore is going to have one fun time in the gridiron. See, Underwood ain’t your regular player. He is pure magic in the field. You give this guy time in the pocket and he is going to methodically claw away your team.

Now take that and pair it with the experience Warren brings onboard = You get the perfect teacher for your QB1. See, for that big of a package, Underwood would be expected to start as soon as possible. Warren being there would help in Underwood’s growth as the starting QB.
