“So the @Titans have respectfully cancelled private workouts with Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders.” When we first saw this update from Todd McShay, we instantly went back to the drawing board. If the Titans have decided to pass up on Travis Hunter & Shedeur Sanders, then which other team on the board would start hunting for them? That’s when we remembered the numbers the Browns put up last season. 15.2 points per game and ranked 32nd on offense, and somehow, the humiliation doesn’t stop there. 25.6 PPG as the 6th worst scoring defense. “The numbers, Mason! What do they mean?” – Well, it means finding a quarterback and getting him a weapon, and somehow fixing your D-line. So, how in the world does Cleveland go about this?

“They’ve spent a lot of time with Abdul Carter… So I do believe he is in strong consideration. There is also some buzz of late about Travis Hunter… Those 2 players are under consideration. They’re on he shortlist, as is Shedeur Sanders,” Jeremy Fowler points out on ESPN. Now, this has changed a lot of things. Keep in mind the Browns’ desperate need to fix their offense (which is obvious from the numbers they put up), but at the same time, they need a miracle on their defense.

Following through with a Carter, Hunter, AND Shedeur pick would mean them going toe-to-toe with a different 3-14 team. For now, the Browns have access to the No.2 overall in Round 1, and from what we have seen at Colorado’s Pro Day, putting Hunter or Shedeur on that pedestal is a tough task.

EVERYONE on X is raving about Shedeur’s “pro-ready” movements and plays while also chirping about Hunter’s elite route running. This creates a massive paradox that we cannot even figure out. But that ain’t all.

This entire draft debacle creates quite the scene for the previously mentioned 3-14 team. If it feels like the Browns are swimming in riches, the New York Giants are out here, scraping for scraps. Yep, you heard that right. While Cleveland flirts with its love triangle of Carter, Hunter, and Shedeur, Brian Daboll and the Giants sit there, hoping to scoop up whoever gets friend-zoned.

What’s your perspective on:

Can the Browns' draft picks finally turn their fortunes around, or are they doomed to repeat history?

The NY Giants dilemma

“Will the Giants draft both Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders?” 2 days back, this was arguably the biggest question running through everyone’s mind. However, now, Fowler has disclosed some new insights that change this entire narrative.

As we pointed out before, the Giants are waiting behind the bush to ambush whoever gets left behind in the Carter vs. Hunter debate. “While talking to people there at Colorado’s Pro Day on Friday, they believe that the Giants will either go Abdul Carter or Travis Hunter. Whichever one is available,” Fowler mentioned.

If we go off of the “what do the Giants need the most” angle, then a franchise QB is the primary answer. However, with a $29 million gamble, NY signed 2 veterans, Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston. This clears the fact that their focus in the draft would be filling the gaps in the offense and defense.

Daboll has firepower at QB, so Shedeur isn’t the important factor, but Carter and Hunter are. Ranking in 31st for PPG and 30th for yards allowed, NY desperately needs a solution. While Malik Nabers did shine last season, the lack of power from Wan’Dale Robinson was rather concerning. And, well, the same is the status of the defense.
