Wildcats were nightmare fuel for Deion Sanders. Coming off of a strong win against a run-heavy team like the Knights, every Buffs fan had thought that this was in the bag as well. Wrong. Kansas State managed to run wild on the turf and ended Deion Sanders’ winning streak. If that wasn’t bad enough, Coach Prime lost his best soldier during that game. Travis Hunter was out because of a shoulder injury and could only watch the game unfold from the sidelines.
But fear not, because the savior of Gotham (Buff’s) is back with vengeance. In the Outta Pocket show, Hunter declares war on Shedeur Sanders and all the other top NFL draft prospects. “I’ve been humble for too long. Nobody can do what I do,” Hunter declares. After the Wildcats game, Hunter’s Draft ranking had to have dwindled a bit. You can’t blame him, though. He didn’t have control over his injury. However, what matters now is the fact that Hunter is coming back for the Arizona game and he is going to make it his mission to make some solid plays.
Are we gonna see the same Hunter we saw during the Baylor, Rams, and Knights showdown? Well, probably. Keep in mind that when this dude has made a promise, he has never failed the fans. The bounce back after the Huskers game was the perfect example.

Hunter’s presence against Nebraska was barely felt but compare that to the Rams game? This dude made history with 2 touchdowns, 13 catches, and 1 defensive interception where he managed to intercept a pass from Rams QB and run that football up.
This is what you call a GOAT.
The train never stopped though. Against Baylor, Hunter got Deion Sanders the W with his gaming-winning fumble during overtime, and with Knights? Hunter pulled the same tricks he did during the Rocky Mountain Showdown and wiped the floor with the ‘feared’ run-heavy team. The question now is, will Shedeur Sanders be able to maintain his fame after Hunter takes over on Sunday?

And he just walks off the field. With at least 1-2 minutes left on the clock, Shedeur Sanders simply walks out of the field and heads to the locker room. All of this happened after the Huskers managed to thrash Deion Sanders and his team. Fans did not let the matter slide. People were quick to call out Shedeur regarding his behavior and well, he deserved it.
Now, go watch the Wildcats game tape. It didn’t even feel like Shedeur was on that turf. Having an offensive line that is comparable to a soggy cereal, Shedeur Sanders still managed to shine and never complained.

He had little to no protection inside the pocket and still managed to pull in more than 300 yards and 3 touchdowns. It was solely for him that the Buffs even managed to reach 28 points on the scoreboard. There was no Travis Hunter to save the day. So, now that the 2-way star is coming back, is he going to take away Shedeur’s newfound fame? We gotta wait and watch.
