What’s love without some occasional leg-pulling session? That’s how Boise State Broncos RB Ashton Jeanty likes to keep things peppy with his sweetheart Gabrielle Miller. After all, it has been a long since they two have been together. But things are as fiery as before between the love birds. Thanks to their competitive spirit as Jeanty keeps on challenging Miller and teasing her about who is the better athlete debate. Maybe, she got upset and came up with a harsh reality. Although none of them is willing to come off as weak, it’s just their way of bettering themselves. But to Miller, Jeanty will always be a “dawg.”

For any relationship the heart connections are common. But lucky are the ones who find their soulmates while sharing the same passion and dream. The Broncos RB Jeanty and his lady love Miller are one such couple, as they are high school sweethearts chasing D1 athletic dreams. Even though they were high school classmates in the 10th grade, it was in their senior year that the two connected, and their love flourished. In an interview with Jay Tust, Jeanty had to answer the controversial question, “Who is faster on the track?”

That’s when the RB chose to taunt his dear Gabby as he stated, “Ah man, that’s me for sure. Whenever she’s on track, she wants to do a 100-200 but I gotta beat her man..she might have got some better running in front of me but I am just faster. She might give you a different answer but that’s okay.” And what did Miller have to say in reply?

Well, she was in no way ready to accept the defeat. Rather exposed how football players take things for granted, as she added, “I think every football player is gonna say they are fast track athlete because they can.” It was time for her to throw an open challenge: “But I obviously think I am faster…I think Ashton is a very exceptional athlete..you never know where you landed up..so AJ you see this, I am coming for you..we on that line as soon as I see you.” But deep down, Jeanty too knows that he is going to get Gabriel’s support even in his lowest times.

Gabriel Miller’s support as Ashton Jeanty’s Heisman odds took a dip

As Jeanty started off well, replacing Colorado Buffaloes dual threat Travis Hunter with his talents as a Heisman potential, the hopes were high for the Boise State RB. But looks like he failed to keep up with the hype for long. There came a time when Jeanty was even compared to earlier Heisman winners like Reggie Bush, Mark Ingram, and Derrick Henry. But not anymore.

After putting up a quiet performance against the San Diego State, he only came up with 15 carries and 37 rushing yards. That led Jeanty’s Heisman odds to undergo a sharp fall as it fell to as low as +850, while according to the FanDuel predictions, Hunter now holds the top seat with +150 odds. However, the RB still was hopeful as he shared a post with a verse from the Holy Book in the caption that read, “Dark Mode – Those who pursue righteousness and love will find, prosperity and honor. Proverbs 21:21.” More than Jeanty’s post, a particular comment captured all the attention.

Have an interesting take?

No brownie points for guessing; it was Gabriel Miller who came up with a lovey-dovey comment, “Dat boy a dawggg 🐶.” Right now, as far as Ashton Jeanty’s chances in the Heisman are concerned, fans are still not quite sure about the RB who came up with 210 yards for 34 rushes against Nevada. Now it’s to be seen if his dear Gabby still stands beside her dawg even after the tease.
