Does a positive rapport exist between Colorado Buffs head coach Deion Sanders and two-way star Travis Hunter? It appears that Coach Prime’s ignorant behavior may have pushed Hunter to his limits, leading him to opt out of their long-standing tradition. Quite surprising, isn’t it? Just before their faceoff against Patrick Mahomes’ former team, Texas Tech, it seems that the two key individuals have found themselves in a tricky situation.
Today Deion Sanders took to his Instagram account to share a post for his son and quarterback Shedeur Sanders and safety Shilo Sanders saying, “Thank You Jesus #CoachPrime @cubuffsfootball.” But what took everyone’s attention was Travis Hunter’s missing comment from the post. Well, almost every week Coach Primes puts up an appreciation post for his sons Shilo or Shedeur, and Tarvis always used to point out that Sanders doesn’t consider him his son because of his absence from them. However, this time Hunter puts an end to it.

Is Travis Hunter currently being neglected by Deion Sanders? The recent events point out towards it. On October 19, Coach Prime posted a picture of all three of his sons, Shilo, Shedeur, and Deion Sanders Jr., saying, “Lord, thank you for all my sons, the young men I coach, and the coaches that are a true blessing to me,” showcasing his gratitude towards them. But again, the picture missed Travis Hunter, but he didn’t miss out on commenting as Hunter said, “Ok, one more strike😡.” Which pointed out that something was not right between them. But isn’t it like what they always do? Have a fun light banter.
It began a few weeks ago when Deion Sanders praised LeBron and Bronny James for their historic NBA achievement. He included photos of his sons Shilo and Shedeur, keeping his promise to play with his sons too but once again, Coach Prime overlooked Travis Hunter. And here again, Travis asked him, saying, “Ok now why I’m not in this picture.” However, Deion Sanders replied to Travis, saying, “I can fix that,” and cut to next, Travis was in the poster with them. So, now the question is, does this speculation really overpower the love Deion Sanders has for Travis Hunter?

Coach Prime and his biased behavior toward Travis Hunter is because Sanders has always considered him his fourth son. But people tend to put them in a weird position all the time. During an instance, Deion Sanders was asked to give his opinion on who among the all four can win a one-on-one matchup against each other. It was supposed to be an easy way out for him, knowing that Travis is not his actual son, but he said, “That’s just like putting me against one of my kids. You can’t put a father against a son. You can’t do that, man. Don’t do that.” Now you can understand the love he has for Travis Hunter.

Moreover, recently few weeks back Deion Sanders took to his Instagram account to post a video of Travis Hunter flexing the new collection of LeBron Prime shoes saying, “(Travis) said he’s top of the rankings” Well, there might be times when Coach Prime go little overboard praising his children but he has also given them a hard time for their mistakes. He has always been a critical father, even for them. But it doesn’t mean there is no love or bonding. The same goes for Hunter.
