Bill Belichick, no doubt, is a legend, though his GOAT status strictly resides on the gridiron. However, his personal life, particularly his relationship with his much younger girlfriend, continues to draw scrutiny and ridicule on social media. Just a day prior, Jordon Hudson publicly defended their relationship after a follower labeled it “insane.” It seems every time someone takes a jab at the couple’s age difference, one of them comes out swinging, trying to flip the narrative. This time is no different.

They’re currently soaking up some sun beachside, throwing in a bit of fitness for good measure. The internet lit up when photos surfaced of Belichick in a casual T-shirt and shorts, while the 24-year-old Hudson looked sharp in a white, cut-out bathing suit, striking yoga poses. They even captioned it “#SpringBreak #TimeForUs #WeStillGotit.” But, of course, the trolls weren’t about to let that slide.

The latest jab came courtesy of former Patriots wide receiver Antonio Brown, who, after a brief stint with the team in 2019, decided to take aim at his old coach. Brown, a master of controversy, isn’t shy about throwing punches, especially when it comes to Belichick. When the details of the UNC head coach’s relationship first hit the headlines, Brown wasted no time making fun of the 48-year age gap, calling it a “Cracker of the Day.”

Now, it seems Brown’s sarcasm is back in full force, turning Belichick’s love life into a meme goldmine. One of his hilariously dark jokes uses a “Big Daddy” movie template, where Hudson is portrayed as telling her ex-boyfriend, “Belichick got a 5-year-plan,” and the boy asks, “What is it? Don’t die?” It’s a pretty low blow, especially directed at a legend with a decades-long career and an unmatched legacy with the Patriots. But let’s face it, when you’re dating someone 48 years younger and making it public, you’re bound to catch some strays.

Brown’s second dig involved a clip from Belichick’s past Ted Talk, where he urged young players to learn through a daily process: “You gotta go out there and earn it. It’s a process, and it’s day after day after day…” Brown twisted the message, captioning it, “Bill Belichick advice on how to land a younger girlfriend…”

And Brown wasn’t the only former player to chime in. When rumors of dating circulated way back, former tight end Rob Gronkowski, who thrived under Belichick, also took a shot, joking about the coach “scouting” his new girlfriend in high school. Belichick, however, seems unfazed, reiterating that their relationship is built on a soul connection. He’s described Hudson as an “old soul,” emphasizing their psychological and spiritual bond. But, at what cost? Is Hudson slowly and strategically taking control of his professional life?

Jordon Hudson is seemingly taking the reins of the UNC inside matters

It certainly seems Jordon Hudson is becoming increasingly involved in UNC’s inner workings. Belichick’s arrival at the program generated a ton of buzz, especially during spring practice. This led to some big media opportunities, including the potential for an HBO “Hard Knocks” off-season series. Tar Heel fans were excited about their program being featured in the NFL film series. But the excitement was short-lived.

Turns out, HBO pulled the plug on “Hard Knocks” at UNC. What went wrong? According to reports, it was the “creepy interference” of Belichick’s “unofficial agent,” Jordon Hudson.

Analyst Charlotte Wilder dropped a bombshell, saying, “Remember how last week we said that we were pretty sure the reason UNC’s Hard Knocks was not happening was because the creative control issues were actually code for Jordon Hudson, who wanted to be more involved in some capacity? I heard from a very trusted source that this is the truth.”

Despite the constant taunts, Belichick seems to be handing over the reins of his official duties to Hudson, even reportedly asking UNC staff to include her in all work-related emails. How this “peculiar condition” inside the UNC program will play out remains to be seen.
