Amid NIL chaos, is Deion Sanders proving he's the ultimate game-changer in college football?

Forget players. Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders is on a mission to scout banks. Yes, you read that right. The program’s current economic value is $113.2 million. But it’s a long way for Coach Prime to hit the settle button. And what did Deion Sanders do? He straightaway took to X to express his wish and allow banks to hit him up with some leads to boost the financial figure.

Already, there have been some hush-hush happenings hinting at some fishy business taking place in Boulder. All thanks to the Colorado HC for revealing some undercover NIL info with a Saudi Arabia link.

Deion Sanders has switched to a full-on rage mode. The only drumbeat he is marching to is to flip the 4-8 narrative and zip up his haters. With this, Coach Prime has fully dedicated himself to whipping up some of the best strategies, so much so that he is even trading his goodnight’s sleep for it.

Insiders claim that Deion now spends his night in the CU camp. But if you think all that the Buffs HC thinks about is to boost the players’ athletic skills, then you are mistaken. Until now, the CFB fans have kept track of his tweets. But not anymore. Bank executives should keep them on their radar. On August 23, Coach Prime tweeted, “I’m looking for a Bank in Boulder or Denver that’s wants to have a business relationship with a few members of our team. It’s gonna bless whichever Bank that partners with us. Let’s Go. #CoachPrime @CUBuffsFootball @SMAC.”

He had kept the comment section open for some prime leads. All that Deion wants is a financial power-play. Now that Boulder is home to talented athletes rocking the NIL scene, it would be an ultimate business “bling-bling” opportunity. That’s not the end. There has been some further drama llama in the NIL ground.

Deion Sanders’ program takes a dive in Saudi Arabia

Deion never fails to amaze fans with his innovative business ideas, and NIL funding is no different. But little did fans expect the program to dive straightaway into another country, Saudi Arabia, to fatten the financial figure. Colorado’s former special teams coordinator, Trevor Riley, arrived here after resigning on August 1.

The former staffer pulled the cat out of the bag and revealed in a letter to Deion and Colorado AD Rick George that he tried to help the program a little. Wondering how? Riley confessed to trying to pull in funding for the CU’s 5430 NIL collective, for which, during the last holiday season, he had spent time in the Middle East lobbying Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). “I even went to Saudi Arabia and got a meeting with the Saudis, who were interested in pursuing business. I have email receipts to prove it, and you guys let it fall flat on its face,” confirmed the ex-CU staffer.

However, it’s not going to be smooth for the Buffs since Saudi Arabia has been criticized for sports washing. Charges claim that they use sports as an escape route to direct attention away from the dire conditions in their country. Is Deion Sanders about to risk his $113.2m badge of honor?
