What could be more exciting than your loved ones celebrating your big day with heartfelt wishes? Every person should receive a creative greeting. This 19-year-old made Justice Haynes’ big day even more special with a heartwarming gesture.
Today, Ohio State Buckeyes safety player Caleb Downs took to his Instagram story to share a beautiful yet eye-catching birthday wish for Alabama’s star running back Justice Haynes: “+1 @justicehaynes22 much love.” It looks like Caleb is indicating that Justice is now one more year older. He shared a very loving picture of both of them standing together in a stadium. If you don’t know, Caleb used to play for Alabama till last year, which explains a lot about his bond with Justice Haynes.

However, that’s not where they grew their friendship. Last year, when Caleb Downs was supposed to enter Alabama’s program, Hynes was the one rooting loudly for him. Justice Haynes wasn’t shy for a moment to express his happiness over his decision, saying, “He is like a brother to me. Just to be able to go to Alabama with him, I can’t wait to be able to throw the roll tie with him.” But that dream ended pretty soon after Caleb decided to make a switch to Ohio State; even then, their bond was unshaken.

It’s hard to say if Caleb Downs staying with Alabama would’ve made a difference. But right now, Justice Haynes and Bama’s overall season is looking pretty rough. They’re 5-2, and Coach Kalen DeBoer is facing a lot of pressure.

Bama’s been having a rough season, losing twice and losing some of that shine they used to have. Last week’s loss to Tennessee was a real eye-opener, especially their running game. Bama’s star backs, Jam Miller, Haynes, and quarterback Jalen Milroe, couldn’t really get going, only managing 75 rushing yards on 34 tries. Even though Haynes scored a TD, Bama still lost 24-17, and that’s got everyone talking.

Remember when they lost to Vanderbilt? That was a shocker. But even with these losses, Bama can still beat anyone. Just ask Georgia. They need to work on those penalties, though. Bama’s got way too many penalties, it’s actually the second-most in the Power Four. That’s a big problem.
Coach Kalen DeBoer’s seat is getting hotter by the day. Everyone’s blaming him for Bama’s struggles, and even ESPN’s Paul Finebaum is calling him out, saying, “[DeBoer has ]done a lousy job.” Bama’s only hope now is to beat Missouri and get back on track. We’ll see if they can pull it off or if the criticism will just keep piling up.
