Kalen DeBoer must be so proud of his team! Alabama won the fourth back-to-back victory yesterday against the Georgia Bulldogs. They dominated the first quarter and slowly the entire game; however, the Bulldogs tried their best to make the comeback but lost their first game this season by 41-34. Crimson Tide and their fans are still celebrating the victory. Week 5’s Saturday night was a crucial game for DeBoer, as most people underestimated him and thought his team could not secure a victory over one of the biggest football programs, especially given Nick Saban was no longer in charge. But head coach Kalen DeBoer and his team let their performance speak. However, after a thrilling victory over the Bulldogs, they made a bold statement about their place in college football.
Just after their straight fourth win, they posted happy pictures from last night and captioned it as “You can’t script that. 🐘🌊🅰️,” leaving critics and analysts to reconsider their rankings. Alabama Crimson Tide vs. Georgia Bulldogs not only highlighted Crimson Tide’s strength, but it also sparked a subtle response to the media’s perceptions. Despite impressive wins by huge margins, Kalen DeBoer was understimated. With victory over the Bulldogs, he has once again proved his potential leadership qualities. He very well understands the importance of his position, as he has great responsibilities to carry forward Nick Saban’s legacy.

Alabama Crimson Tide’s defense shines against Georgia Bulldogs
Last night, as soon as Crimson Tide stepped on the ground and the game started, Alabama picked up the game where they left off in Week 3 against Wisconsin. They were aggressive on both sides. Jalen Milroe took the lead and scored the first touchdown with a 7-yard run. Meanwhile, the defense was focused, and they did their job by forcing a punt. They kept on the momentum and scored again with a great pass from Milroe to Jam Miller.
Georgia made their first move when Kalen DeBoer’s Alabama was leading 21-0. The Bulldogs bounced back in the second half with multiple touchdowns. That comeback from the offense was on the back of some crucial 4th down conversions. The home team just couldn’t get their guests out of the field. At the same time, a conservative approach on offense meant that the Tide were trailing by 33-34, with 2:40 remaining in the game. Who stepped up? Their two stars in Jalen Milroe and Ryan Willaims, followed by a Beck interception that sealed the game.
Naturally, the Tide are going to see a jump in their rankings, while Kirby Smart’s boys will see some drop. But, it’s all about the momentum. A bad week can really hamper all the progress a team has made. Kalen DeBoer would make sure that doesn’t happen in Week 6.
