This is it. In just 3 days, Deion Sanders and Co. are going to face their biggest challenge. When the boys hit the turf against the Bearcats, they gotta come out with a W. Shedeur Sanders, and his entire team’s playoff future depends on this. Coming from the massive Arizona win, Shedeur Sanders and Co. showed every Buffs fan why the team has the 7th leading rushing offense in the entire country. But wait, they cannot let this mess with their heads.

Well, at least Coach Prime won’t let them. Back on Instagram, Deion Sanders shared a clip of Warren Sapp motivating the boys alongside clear and aggressive 4-word advice. “Let’s attack this opportunity,” Coach Prime wrote in the caption of this post. This marks the start of something great. It took the Buffs 6 long years to reach a 5-2 start. The last time something like this was done was way back in 2017. Deion Sanders, the madman, has switched things up fast, and they cannot let this slip away.

In the 2 Wildcats games the Buffs played, we saw 2 very distinctly different teams. Against Kansas State, the offensive line folded like wafer biscuits and barely held back the rushes toward Shedeur. However, here’s the silver lining. In that game, Shedeur Sanders proved that he has all the skill to carry the team despite not having the best WRs on the turf (Travis Hunter and Jimmy Horn Jr. were out because of injuries).

This dude brought in 3 touchdowns and 388 yards in that game. Also, the D-line was a mess as well. It was such a heartbreak to watch a team that managed to effortlessly hold back a run-heavy team like UCF but struggle against Kansas State. Still, Shedeur Sanders and Co. did redeem themselves on their second Wildcats game.

Against Arizona, everything was ON POINT. The offense gave Shedeur more than enough protections, and the defense caused multiple turnovers. And despite Hunter being out of the game yet again (re-aggravating his shoulder injury), the boys brought home a massive 34-7 win. The question now is; can they keep this up against the Bearcats?

One more test for Coach Prime

What’s your perspective on:

Can Deion Sanders' magic lead the Buffs to victory against the Bearcats' top-scoring defense?

Have an interesting take?

Whoever grabs the W in this game gets a chance to grab a first-row ticket to the Big 12 Championship. With the Bearcats standing on a 5-2 run as well, you gotta keep it in your head that they ain’t gonna make it easy for Coach Prime. This entire game would be the literal personification of “an unstoppable force meets an immovable object”.

The Bearcats are coming into this showdown with the best-scoring defense. Standing at a massive 17.8 points per game allowed, they will be going up against the 2nd top-scoring offense, aka the Buffs. Shedeur and Co. have managed to bring in an average of 37 points per game. Bearcats HC Scott Satterfield has already planned something to stop Shedeur and his pass game. “Have to mix it up on Shedeur,” Satterfield had mentioned during an interview. So yeah, the boys better listen to Coach Prime on this one.
