Additional instability and intrigue emerge as the 2024 season’s last stretch approaches. However, Penn State, Indiana, and Ohio State are the top 3 teams now ranked highly. Prior to last week, all three of these teams had the same 10-1 record. It’s made more challenging, though, by Adam Breneman’s declaration that the $5.9 million CFB program is a real challenger for the championship.
The caption for a series of posts Adam Breneman posted on his X account on December 3 said, “Arizona State is one of the hottest teams in college football right now.” According to the footage, Adam said, “Arizona State has a quarterback who’s playing at an extremely high level, and Sam Levin, him and Kenny Dillingham are going to be a threat for two more seasons in Tempe. Add on top of that, Arizona state’s offensive line is quietly playing great. They have some talent in the trenches, a couple of players that I think could play in the NFL. Their defense has been aggressive, and it has made big plays in their winning streak. You combine all those things, and I think this is an Arizona State team that can challenge most of these teams in the top 12.”
