Internet trolls take aim at FSU football 

Florida State University had nine months to prepare for their season, both with their roster and their home at Doak S. Campbell Stadium. But despite all that time, a clock issue turned into an unexpected mess. One user on X complained, “Lawd FSU don’t even have a clock?!?!?” and another echoed, “Trash FSU can’t even have a working clock.”

Ironically, FSU’s football management just received a whopping $3 billion budget for the 2024-25 fiscal year. And given their reputation, one user took a sarcastic swipe: “How many FSU grads does it take to fix a clock?” Well, despite their achievements and budget, FSU hasn’t found a warm welcome from bigger conferences like the Big 10 or the SEC. One comment summed up the sentiment: “FSU wants an invite to the SEC? They can’t operate their game clock. Another reason the Big10 wants nothing to do with them.”
