To add to the fact, Mary also represented the Phoenix Mercury back in 1997.

Adding a humorous comment, Cameron also said that she loves the weather in Phoenix. Moreover, it seems like Diana Taurasi who is currently on Mercury’s roster and Brittney Griner who wishes to be back there in 2024, both somehow entice Brink. In the interview, she added, “To play with Brittney Griner and Diana Taurasi would be amazing. Amazing opportunity wherever it is, wherever I end up.”

Undeniably, Cameron is keeping her option to join the professional league next year a hush for the WNBA draft rumors. But, she is very clear on what she wants to focus on in the present.

She said, “I’m definitely working on my guard skills, shooting, and ball handling because I’ll probably not be at the center next year.”

Whether she goes to Phoenix or Los Angeles, who just might get the star player in their lot, it is a surety that she will only add value to the team. Currently, she is among the top scorers and rebounders in the nation with an average of 17.4 points and 10.8 rebounds.
