The Bayou Barbie is standing tall, pouring the much-needed morale booster, as the team prepares for one of the most significant games this season.
Notably, Angel has recently presented her teammates and her coaches with some pairs of custom-made Beats by Dre earphones. Along with that, there were cards with boxes containing a motivational message from Angel that said, “Talent wins games, but teamwork wins championships. Here’s a little something to keep us all locked in as we push towards the postseason together. One game at a time!”
Touched by the message, coach Kim Mulkey said, “Angel, these are nice but honestly this means the most to me, right here. So make sure every one of you has one of these. Keep it at your locker.”
The surprise came in the wake of the #2 Tigers going into battle with the South Carolina Gamecocks, the No.1 team in the SEC.
